I needed a new couch because my old owned before me 2 peice recliner sectional was so uncomfortable. I'm over weight, tall, and have lots of pain. So I thought a couch without bones might be helpful. But I was worried about my weight. So I spent months looking through different options. This is a big purchase for me. I finally completely fell in love with the idea of the u-shaped version. I've always wanted an ottoman. This comes with two. Perfect I don't like the idea of the l-shaped since that is one piece. I was quite nervous I was wanting to buy this during prime days but the only reviews were of free ones. They seemed honest some had issues they didn't like. And the company doesn't disclose a weight limit. But I did not see one like this that did with the a comparable sale price. So I did it. Kudos to the company, they called and let me know it was on its way in three boxes and they may not arrive together. That was a nice touch. All three boxes arrived at the same time and earlier than originally promised. I did have to sign which I was not aware of. No biggie I was home. I opened them up right away. And let them sit for the 72 hours. I have been using it for a week now and love it. It is firmer than I expected which is great. There is no problem with my weight I don't sink in very far. The two smaller pieces are a bit softer but still hold me just fine. Now yes there's more give when you are on or near seams but not bad. I have carpet in the living room so they stay together very nicely. I love being able to have it in any shape or configuration I want. The fabric is super soft. The pillows are great. The cup holders are a nice touch. I use them to hold my remote since I'm always losing it. Now I am tall with a bad back so the low back was a bit concerning but I figured it could just sit against a wall. While I do prefer it against the wall it is fine not. I have it arranged with two pieces not against the wall and I can lean back on the pillows given and its comfortable. So if your looking at the no bones type couches I think this is a good one to try out. ... show more

Arrived in two boxes. Was very easy to set up, and the cushions firmed up enough to sit on in under an hour, and reached about maximum firmness in under a day. Is a little short, but since you don't sink into the cushions at all it's a trade off for some other traditional couches. For reference, I'm about 300lbs and the seats do not sink at all when I sit on them. Fits perfectly in our apartment, the cats love it, and roommate and I have both already taken several naps on it (intentionally and un). The cushions it comes with are very comfortable. The ottomans are a little softer, and if I sit on those I do sink in a little bit, but they work perfect for putting my feet up. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. ... show more

Had this for a month and do not regret the purchase. Easy to “assemble” and quite comfortable if you like firm furniture. We needed something that 3 grown adults could sit on without being up on each other. This is a perfect solution. I do wish it came with 3 ottomans though. Overall the size is great for the location we needed it to fit. So far the quality seems ok and the pup loves it also. Overall, good product for the price and convenience of home shopping. I do like the variety of colors. I wanted the orange but the grey just was a “better” idea. ... show more

This coach is all I was looking for AND SOME!!! First off it came wayyyy faster than expected. Also I underestimated the size I bought which comes with 2 L shaped sections with backs, 2 straight backed sections and 2 larger no back sections. Put together like I did I have a HUGE area to lay with the whole family on and watch movies. First few days you get it, it will be soft and sink in a bit if you sit on it. But after the 72 hours to 96 hours it's firm and feels good. I am 360 lbs 6'1" and fit just fine on this couch. I bought this because a traditional couch wouldn't fit in my basement cause of a door in front of the basement door. But to be honest having it now I wouldn't want anything but this here now. The "boneless" couch is like a huge firm memory foam mattress and I have no back pain using this. That being said we mostly use this to partially lay down with but my fiance is is much much lighter than me and can sit up on it just fine. Anyways would buy again any day. ... show more

It's very comfortable, homey but it is low but when you sit on its higher than you think. It doesn't slide on my carpet and it's very firm with weight. I really like it! Ofc it’s not off the ground as other couches do it’s going to feel smaller than just buying a regular couch. I didn’t have issues with any corners not adjusting into shape like other reviews. It is VERY comfortable! It came 5 days before it should’ve arrived. It’s very cute but if you have a small living room it does take up space. This particular couch, there isn’t very much wiggle room with adjusting different styles. This couch is great for a family. It doesn't have a solid back, but it's definitely comfortable and the color is incredible. It's worth it. We left it on the floor for 72 hours before using it. If the edges aren't straight, just put it on the floor and walk your feet over it.
