Arrived in two boxes. Was very easy to set up, and the cushions firmed up enough to sit on in under an hour, and reached about maximum firmness in under a day. Is a little short, but since you don't sink into the cushions at all it's a trade off for some other traditional couches. For reference, I'm about 300lbs and the seats do not sink at all when I sit on them. Fits perfectly in our apartment, the cats love it, and roommate and I have both already taken several naps on it (intentionally and un). The cushions it comes with are very comfortable. The ottomans are a little softer, and if I sit on those I do sink in a little bit, but they work perfect for putting my feet up. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.

I needed a new couch because my old owned before me 2 peice recliner sectional was so uncomfortable. I'm over weight, tall, and have lots of pain. So I thought a couch without bones might be helpful. But I was worried about my weight. So I spent months looking through different options. This is a big purchase for me. I finally completely fell in love with the idea of the u-shaped version. I've always wanted an ottoman. This comes with two. Perfect I don't like the idea of the l-shaped since that is one piece. I was quite nervous I was wanting to buy this during prime days but the only reviews were of free ones. They seemed honest some had issues they didn't like. And the company doesn't disclose a weight limit. But I did not see one like this that did with the a comparable sale price. So I did it. Kudos to the company, they called and let me know it was on its way in three boxes and they may not arrive together. That was a nice touch. All three boxes arrived at the same time and earlier than originally promised. I did have to sign which I was not aware of. No biggie I was home. I opened them up right away. And let them sit for the 72 hours. I have been using it for a week now and love it. It is firmer than I expected which is great. There is no problem with my weight I don't sink in very far. The two smaller pieces are a bit softer but still hold me just fine. Now yes there's more give when you are on or near seams but not bad. I have carpet in the living room so they stay together very nicely. I love being able to have it in any shape or configuration I want. The fabric is super soft. The pillows are great. The cup holders are a nice touch. I use them to hold my remote since I'm always losing it. Now I am tall with a bad back so the low back was a bit concerning but I figured it could just sit against a wall. While I do prefer it against the wall it is fine not. I have it arranged with two pieces not against the wall and I can lean back on the pillows given and its comfortable. So if your looking at the no bones type couches I think this is a good one to try out.

Had this for a month and do not regret the purchase. Easy to “assemble” and quite comfortable if you like firm furniture. We needed something that 3 grown adults could sit on without being up on each other. This is a perfect solution. I do wish it came with 3 ottomans though. Overall the size is great for the location we needed it to fit. So far the quality seems ok and the pup loves it also. Overall, good product for the price and convenience of home shopping. I do like the variety of colors. I wanted the orange but the grey just was a “better” idea.

While I love that these are very comfy and soft, I don’t like that my toddler is taller than these couches. The size is definitely not made for an adult to get up easily from. I now have to purchase platforms to bring up the couches a bit.

The couch isn't perfect and I would be careful to consider who you are before ordering it, but by golly this thing is incredible for me! It came within 3 days in one box & expanded to proper size in only a few hours. I love how modular it is. I'm a single guy with just a dog, not too tall and not too heavy, so this makes perfect sense, especially since it was delivered to my door. I'm strong enough I could move the whole set by myself because each part can be moved individually, so it's a huge plus in case I got to move or just want to rearrange the room. I would have given it 4 stars if I bought it at full price but I managed to snag a significant discount and really couldn't be happier. The ottoman is a dream, it really does feel like I'm sitting on a cloud. The orange corduroy was funky without being weird, it looks great and the 2 cup holders are bomb

Highly recommend this couch! We got the “L shape” version. 3 seat pieces with an ottoman. It expanded in less then 24 hours. I did help it by unzipping the covers on the bottom and using a blow dryer on the warm setting. Great little tip to help make it expand quicker or for spots that don’t seem to want to expand. It is on the shorter side, but we got it for our kids to easily get up and down and also our short legged dogs. Would be simple to build a wood base to raise it up a bit, which we may do for over a vent. But for now we love it. Seems to be good quality. Highly recommend getting this couch! And it’s absolutely beautiful, with super soft fabric. Assembly took pretty much nothing, you just open it and let it expand!

It puffed right up. After a few days it was firm but very comfortable. We had no issues taking it out of the box and setting it up. Ease to clean. Perfect size for lounging. It's a little low to the ground.
