I had bought the scooter Aug 2025 and it’s still working well. You should buy the side mirror to go along with it. The speed goes about 22 mph (three speeds option) and the battery life last up to 5 hrs. I enjoy it very much, it allows me to take my son from school back and forth on the back sit.

No support, no one to speak to for help, just a text message with irrelevant video from a third party Assembly instructions are poor. The cheap wrench included is worthless. The 'middle man' is only in it for the profit, not responsive. Returning this as soon as possible.

The range is excellent, the ride is fast but not dangerously fast. It is built like a tank, and very stable. The small screen does a great job and is really all you need. The instructions that came with it were the worst part of the experience, small impossible to see pictures and terrible English instructions, but don’t fret, it took me a total of five minutes to put this together-you only need a few parts to put together and it is very intuitive. So day 4. The scooters won’t move in any of the 3 settings, but if you push two more times the gas starts working again without displaying any gear (e,d or s). So it’s functional somewhat but couldn’t get the thing to reset so now will run the battery down to see if that will do the trick. ... show more

I've had this scooter for about 3 months now and I like it. I weigh about 230 pounds and it still goes 20mph... And I only have to charge it once a week. My only complaint is that I can't find what p-setting is what anywhere so I can't run on the cruise control or any of the other features... If anyone knows please let me know ... show more

I assembled this car as soon as I received it today. This electric vehicle has really surprised me. It's amazing! First of all, its body is made of iron, which is very sturdy and stable. I believe that even in weather conditions like rain or typhoons, we can still move forward steadily. Also, the accessories inside are very complete. They have locks, air pumps and some screws. We don't need to purchase any extra ones. I'm quite satisfied with this. Moreover, the load capacity of this electric vehicle can reach 265lb, which is sufficient for me to pick up my daughter from school. As for the speed, it won't be too fast. For someone like me who is afraid of speed, 10mph is just right and not too dangerous. The brake on the left handle can stop the vehicle in time. So its safety performance is very high. In a word, it's really great and not inferior to an electric vehicle that costs of thousand dollars bike. The ride is very comfortable and the assist is just enough to make it an enjoyable ride.Everyday I can't wait to get out and enjoy the scenery and new exploring. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this electric scooter for my daily commute for a few weeks now, and it has been fantastic. The best feature is definitely the battery. I can go almost 50 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough for my whole week of trips to the office and back. I never worry about running out of power. The top speed of 22 MPH is perfect for getting around the city quickly and safely. The dual disc brakes are very responsive, which makes me feel secure in traffic.
