The worst car seat you can buy! I always loved Maxi cost before this but it has been a nightmare with the back part of the car seat coming out. There is no clips to fix it to put it back in what I had to do is grab a butter knife and push it back down and that would only last a short time before having it come back out again. After scouring the Internet trying to figure out if maybe I wasn’t doing it right I found that a lot of people had the same issue with this particular kind of car seat. The quality for the price is great, we had previously bought an Uppa Baby car seat for double the price and our baby absolutely hated the position it put him in. This car seat he isn’t upset in at all and I love the color and look of it as well. It also works with our uppa baby stroller with an adapter! This car seat is so terrible. The canopy does not stay attached at all, a slight tug and off it comes. The fabric says easy off but it is not easy on at all. The styrofoam is starting to detach from the base after less than 5 months of use. I was going to just live with the canopy issue when I received the seat when my baby was born but now with the car seat styrofoam basically detaching rendering the seat a risk to my child I can’t not write a review and warn other parents not to buy this seat. Yes it looks pretty and comes from a reputable brand but this is just not it. ... show more

The car seat itself does what it needs to; it’s safe, stable, and easy to install. Having that said, you can tell where the company cheaper out on the manufacturing. The cover/ visor continuously falls out of where it secures to the car seat on either side, which then brings up fabric and padding from that edge.
