I ordered this and had it two weeks before looking at the listing once again because I swore it described different color availability. It shows fuschia and other bright colors that don't rotate through the scheme. Upon looking at the brand name, I swore I received the wrong item. It wasn't that I didn't like it, I just wanted the different color variety. Amazon sent another one, EXACT SAME THING. SO! Buyer beware if you buy it based on the photos you will be disappointed. It works fine and still has colored flames just wasn't quite what I wanted. I don't want to mess with shipping and returning again so I'm keeping it. However the manufacturer should probably address the misleading photos. ... show more

Liked the product alot wanted to replace it but i didnt have time to wait for a new product had my handyman here waiting. It had missing screws and the led screen was damaged. (Sorry my picture is blurry moved to fast) but yu can see the led coming through the screen. Also remote controller sucks at communicating with the pit. We improvised other than that good bang for your buck ... show more

The flame is not very realistic, and I would have liked an option to change the speed and flame LEDs from the base LEDs, but it is elegant, and heats a room well. Not too loud. I appreciate the options for wall mount, inset, or standing. Makes for versatile placement. Easy to open the front panel and change out the decor…I put acrylic diamonds in mine! Super easy to install. This is a huge plus. Also very nice looking. Whoever said the flames didn't look good must have gotten a defective unit. They look awesome! Not quite as warm as expected. I own a similarly rated floor unit that dies a little better heating our room but this is fine.

UPDATE...read addendum First, let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE this fireplace. I was so excited to receive it that I almost leapt into the FedEx guys arms during these times of social distancing and I was social distancing before it was required, so that’s saying something. I skipped into the house with excitement, threw caution to the wind and quickly shredded the box with my box cutter. Doh! Big mistake. I didn’t consider that I might need to return it. Here’s where things get dicey. My husband began removing the items from the box and the only contents inside were the decorative rocks, the fireplace itself and two black brackets that we assume are for mounting. No instructions. No remote control. No screws, or other hardware. I had to do a deep dive on the Internet to find out what exactly was supposed to be included in the box. If we could’ve found an instructional video we probably would’ve just purchased the additional items ourselves, but we couldn’t find one and we don’t even have the remote control. I leave you with a joke. Customer at a restaurant orders soup. The waiter places the bowl on the table and walks away. The customer calls the waiter back and tells him to taste the soup. The waiter says is it too cold? The customer replies, just taste the soup. The waiter says is it too hot? Customer says WILL YOU JUST TASTE THE SOUP! The waiter says fine I’ll taste the soup. Where’s the spoon? Customer: “AHA”. That’s how I felt opening this box. I wanted to love it and hang it but I didn’t have anything needed to do so. It is a really nice fireplace. I plugged it in and used the power button on the unit to turn it on. It looks amazing. Hopefully, one day, it’ll be on my wall and not sitting on my living room floor, like it was intended to be. I gave this a three simply because of the missing items of necessity. The unit itself seems great. I will update to let everyone know how it turned out. Enjoy your fireplaces. The customer service is phenomenal. I didn’t receive the hardware, or the instructions for this fireplace, but Fiona, the customer service rep I spoke with went above and beyond to assist me and she answered my emails in a timely manner.
