This light fixture is really pretty and would have been easy to install if it wasn’t missing the part that connects the chain to the canopy and the canopy to the ceiling. After spending a few hours putting the light together and putting the crystals on, I discovered I couldn’t hang it. Customer service was not able to get me the missing part, connect me to a seller/manufacturer, or exchange the fixture. The return window closed, so I wasn’t expecting an exchange, and I can probably get the missing part at a hardware store, but I wish I got all that I paid for. I would have given 5 stars if they were able to fix their mistake because it really is pretty and easy (though time consuming) to assemble. ... show more

These are stunning! Just the right size for my dining room. The glass crystals are tedious to attach but well worth the effort. The sparkle and rainbow colors they create are beautiful.
