These lamps are nice. Fit in my bedroom and look good. The color on the vendor’s page looks more green, which is what I was looking for, but these are actually more blue green. Luckily I can use them. They were easy to assemble and a good value for the money.

The bases of these lamps very very artistic and dressed up my living room. The only reason I took a star away is because the lamp shades are a bit cheaper looking, and you can see the bulb through them. I can always replace the shade in the future though.

    • DON'T EVER BUY THESE LAMPS!

I ordered this lamp set on August 13th and it was delivered on August 15th. No problem there. The problem started with assembly and finally functioning correctly. The assembly was difficult because the wire from the lamp to plug into the wall is very short. I had to go out and buy an extension cord so that I could plug it in. Finally that is done and everything is great. Then November rolls around and that is where the problem begins... one of the lamps malfunctions. The little round turn on/off switch at the base of the bulb no longer works. In order for me to turn the lamp on/off, I have to unplug EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Very frustrating and the lamp is relatively new. I can't imagine what problems I would have in the long run. To make matters worse, the refund time has expired, no duh! Who would have thought that the lamp would malfunction I am so disappointed with this product. Luckily, I am able to return the lamps for a refund to Amazon and unluckily, I have to pay a return fee so that will be deducted from my refund amount. I would recommend to anyone looking for lamps to NOT BUY MAXAX unless you want to be unhappy! ... show more
