It's very well made. It's easy to install. Unlike most others they provide a thick rigged template that is perfectly sized. I know it seems silly to be happy about a template. But when cutting your back door it's nice to have a quality template instead of a folded up sheet of paper.

My puppy will have a lot of room to grow with this dog crate. He’s very small, and I suggest this one for small to medium dogs. Might go a size bigger if you have a bigger dog. No putting together, just take it out of box and Wala.

My two small dogs love it now, but it did take a almost two weeks to convince them that the second flap would not end life as they know it. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Have your tools and other materials (silicone, caulk gun, level, drill bits, ect.) laid out in advance, and load up on your pets absolute favorite treat. We had to keep one flap up for a few days to get them used to it. Now they run through without issue. Good product.

The media could not be loaded. I had someone install this doggie door for me so I can’t speak to hope easy or hard it was to install although it only took about 30 minutes as the door had a previous doggie door. The best thing about this doggie door is the dual flaps and the dual covers. The flaps have magnets so they stay closed. They are easy enough for the dog to get through but strong enough that my cat can’t get through, which is perfect because I don’t want my cat outside anyway. She was able to get through the single flap on the previous door. The flaps also keep the bugs out. The closure panels go on the inside and outside of the door and for extra security they snap into place and you must push a pin on at least one side to remove them. Overall, I love this doggie door. I did have to purchase this twice because my Pit Bull ate through the first one. No fault of the product as my dog also ate the doggie door that came with the house and she ate the door knob right off the door, too!

I have had a single flap dog door for years. When I moved I installed this double flap heavy duty door. I love it so far. The best thing I have noticed so far (only been 3 weeks) is that it does not blow open all the time. I purchased hoping for energy efficiency and am thinking it's working.

The media could not be loaded. It worked out great for me provided during the install I already had * silicone calk * rivet gun / puller * drill * saw *relavent safety gear. I found out my door was aluminum! Please double check before starting as it requires different tools. With all that in hand, the install was super straight forward. Measure dogs height as pictured in the ad. ( Chest to top of head) added 3 inches to door. ( Should have been 5 for large breed dog but I already have a 2 inch step) taped template to one side of door. Re measured, took pics to make sure I liked the placement. Took door off hinges. Drilled in the indicated drill spots. Cut the indicated cut section ( not well lol but did). Removed left over bits, flipped, did the same on the back. Carefully made sure the insides fit one at a time. Then both. Used the caulking between the two sheets as instructed. Clamped all sides as instructed. Drilled holes for rivets. Inserted rivets. Left to dry ( sili cone) made sure flaps were even on magnets and not hanging or stuck on the clamps. After recomended time for my specific silicone ( 2 hrs) removed clamps re installed door. Realized I didn't do the outer seam, applied silicone on outer edge ( where the edge of the product meets the door, as my door is not flat.) All in all took about 4 hrs ( about 1.5 of actual work) to do everything from opening the box to dogs walking threw. Currently been about 2- 3 months and no issues.

Easy to install . Recommends you measure your dog from chest to floor to set door height. I recommend you drop that by 4 inches.
