While these chair/stools are nice and well made they may not match one another. If you are putting more than one in your home like at a breakfast bar be aware that they may not exactly match. The back rest on one of them is at least 1/2 inch larger than its mate and the rivets are spaced farther apart. Its not drastic but it is noticeable. For the price of the stool I would have expected better consistency. I contacted customer service and they were no help at all. And basically said I could return at my expense and they could send another. I was planning on buying more stools from this company for another area of our home but will not do that now as I do not trust that the products will be comparable to each other. Very Disappointing. UPDATE 8/5/23 - after calling customer service and talking to a REAL person they will be replacing the odd chair for me! Sending out another (hopefully it will match) The Customer Service rep was VERY helpful and so far fully resolved my issue. Fingers crossed the chairs will now match.

I gave three stars because of the lack of a reasonable return policy. The chairs are well made and very easy to assemble. They look great with my grey tone granite island. The upholstery looks good but is a very light color and "feels" as though it will stain and soil easily. My home island get a lot of use with family and friends. It is our main place to gather and eat. I Had been searching for quite a while for sturdy stools that would support big people, and these seemed to fit the bill. I should have ordered one to see if I liked it, and I should have looked carefully at the "reviews" because they were mostly from "free" product give-a-ways. If you are dissatisfied with the look or need a sturdier fabric, and you want to return, you will pay return freight cost, which is considerable for this heavy stool, and I think, you'll pay the "original" shipping cost. You could wind up paying half of the cost of the stool. If you want pretty and well made and don't have a lot of traffic at your bar, the this one is for you. If you have lots of sticky fingers and the possibilty of spills at your bar, consider leather or washable upholstery. We're keeping because we got more than one, and freight cost is prohibitive. My expensive mistake for not paying closer attention.

Did not keep because it did not match with the decor of my home, but this was an absolutely beautiful chair. Well-made, sturdy, and I would recommend it to anyone with a traditionally furnished home.

The stool came in two parts, the seat and the legs. I was a bit disappointed that the front footrest got damaged during installation from the manufacturer, but it still feels pretty sturdy even though it can't be fixed. The seat is wide, deep, and has a thick cushion, very comfort. The fabric texture and colors are stunning. The 180° retractable swivel function works perfectly. Assembling the stool was a breeze and hassle-free.

We ordered this product to replace our hand-me-down black swivel stools from a mechanic's shop. What an upgrade. Ours is a 90s-era house and this construction presents as a classic piece with some modern touches. The oak finish keeps with the era of our home and the light color fabric blends well with the white walls, carpet, and tile of the sunroom. Assembling the stool was easy and fun to do. All the pieces are there, except that we did use glue just to keep the hardware in place. The cushion is very comfortable and did well when I sat to write a paper. I'm not a fan of the swivel seat, but this can easily change my mind. The swivel is not sticky - rather it glides from side to side. We love this chair!

I’ve been looking for a good swivel chair for my studio for the longest time. The moment I saw this one I jumped on it, and I’m darn glad I did. First off, the quality. It’s a super sturdy chair made of solid hardwoods, metal hardware and nice fabric. Nothing is wobbly or loose and it feels like a quality piece of furniture. It swivels nice and smooth and doesn’t bind up at all. The cushions are soft and comfortable and it’s a perfect height for sitting and playing guitar. Assembly was a breeze, just a few bolts and it was together. Everything came packaged securely in a large cardboard box with styrofoam keeping everything safe and secure. This chair also has a very timeless look and will match almost every decor from modern to vintage to boho.

The stool is very good quality. The detail is very nice as well as the finish of the wood. I love the comfort and the back support really makes it feel great. The assembly is very simple and the directions are really easy to follow. I would recommend this stool for the design and the comfort level
