I bought these to help alleviate achiness in my knees after doing squats. These definitely help with that. They also work great for lunges as well. Helps keeps me from banging my knees while doing lunges when I get tired during the workout. I love the colors. I bought the pink and black and the color is dry opaque and bright. I will say that these seem to run small. I ordered a large based on the measurements and they fit perfectly but in a few other brands I’d wear a medium. They were pretty tight the first few times I wore them but have stretched out to a better fit. I also think they are very thick and bulky, and a little irritating because of that. If you aren’t a fan of thick knees sleeves, I don’t recommend these for you but if you can work with that, these are great. Ultimately, due to the fact that you get two for the price you’d pay for one in other brands, the colors and their functionality, I think these are a great purchase.

Bought a pair of size Medium for myself (5'5" about 140 lbs) I do CrossFit and these are great for any squat, even burpees (protect your knees from scraping). So I bought the exact same pair again for a girl friend of mine at the gym. I let her borrow mine one day and she loved them.

My grandson is getting serious about his weightlifting workouts. He also like to use safe techniques. Support for the knees is important when doing squats with heavy weight. He likes the look and feel of these knee braces. They fit well, are comfortable, and give him that little extra bit of confidence for a safe workout.
