I’ve been using my machine for a little over a week now and I love it. It’s incredibly easy to use and easy to clean. When I get up in the morning I fill the side container with oat milk and turn it on. While it warms up I prep my dog’s food and by the time I’m done it’s ready to brew my latte. I always brew a large cup and it takes less than a minute to complete. I can easily remove the milk container and put it in the fridge until I’m ready to use it again. I wipe everything down between cups then clean the machine at the end of everyday and it’s very easy to do. I like that it has a slim design and fits nicely on my kitchen counter.

Have had for two weeks and works like a charm; so easy to brew your own expresso drinks. If you use high quality coffee fine grind (I grind whole beans) you get a great expresso. The best feature though is the automatic milk frother. Load the milk container to the side, lock it in and select either Cappuccino or Latte button and in about a minute you have your drink. Unlock the milk container and store in the fridge until you are ready for the next cup or for the next day. Also comes with a stainless steam measure spoon/press unlike their other models that come with plastic. The only reason for the 4 star rating is the Latte is actually closer to a Cappuccino as the foam to steam milk ratio is about 50 50.

I bought this during Amazon Deal Days for my birthday and it’s already paid for itself. I haven’t experienced any leaking other reviews have mentioned. I don’t miss coffee shop lattes at all, these may be even better. The milk froths to almost like a meringue and is just delicious. I’ve also been making hot chocolate with a packet and after the milk is finished I just turn it off before the espresso starts….my daughter loves it. I just can’t say anything bad about this purchase. You won’t regret buying this!

This products works very well, no leaking or any other issues. In addition, I had a self-imposed issue with a part of the machine (I dropped, damaged a part upon opening) so I emailed customer service and within a few hours I had a new part shipped to me, received in 2 days. For the customer service alone, it’s worth buying this product, but the product works great too.
