WOW. I have fine hair and I always have issues with products either weighing my hair down and making it feel thick and sticky, or making it frizzy. I used both the shampoo and conditioner and my hair is perfect! It feels light and fluffy but not frizzy, it feels soft but not weighed down or greasy, absolutely LOVE and I will be buying the big bottles next time. ... show more

Overall a nice conditioner that softens the hair well, but for my fine hair it felt a bit heavy, and the results didn’t quite justify the price.

It smells good. I’m rough on my hair. I have blonde highlights and use a flat iron. The shampoo and conditioner makes my hair look healthier than any other product. It is expensive but I don’t wash my hair everyday. For me it’s worth the price

Love the product and have used since the 90's BUT, there was product missing and a messy lid like it was wiped by a finger. It has to happen at distribution site but it's both Amazon and Matrix issues since matrix doesn't put seals on the product to keep it from human contamination and Amazon for not controlling their product better once in possession. Need to have a camera on all employee stations .. 5 stars to have it seen. Update: used the conditioner, which made my hair feel greasy and limp. after about an hour my head started burning and itching so badly I went and washed my hair with my son's shampoo which solved the burning and itching but while I was washing it out I lost A lot (brush full) hair. I think the product needs to be tested to see if there is any foreign substance within it, and if not, then it's just the product. All I know is it came with lid barely on and messy like someone tampered with it. I feel something hinkie is going on, just not sure where the problem lies. Amazon, if you're reading.... To avoid a lawsuit I would make sure to utilize these comments to pluck out the employees that are stealing ar sabotaging Americans shipments. If they have access to it to put into a bag to ship they have access to us by product. Utilize this info to save your buts. ... show more

Used with matching shampoo. The result of the two lightened my hair and changed from a cool silver/white (I had just grown it out for five years) to an unexpected warmer yellow. Since I used the products together, I am not sure whether the conditioner contributed to the yellowing of my hair. The conditioner did provide softness and smoothing improving the moisture and had a pleasant scent, overall good luxurious quality IF you are prepared for the lightening effect which I was not. ... show more
