It features a secure, yet easy-to-release springform mechanism, plus a loose bottom, so you never have to struggle to remove your cakes. Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning bakeware, this 23 cm cake tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. All MasterClass springform cake tins are PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
