We've had to replace these every two to three years. This year I got the riplock whatever it's called. It arrived in a timely fashion. It did fit, but wow, was it a challenge to get on. I watched videos and look up tricks and suggestions, but it required two strong men and a lot of patience. I noticed wear the fabric will most likely tear due to the stress of being stretched. I bought another brand advertised to fit my 10x12 Lowes frame. I saved 10 bucks but was 1 1/2 inches short. I returned it and ordered this one. This gazebo cover fit perfectly and it seems stronger than the last one. The one disappointment is that the small vent cover on top seems slightly smaller than last one..it allows some rain through--the reason for only 4 stars ... show more

Due to 2 hurricanes I ordered this to replace the one that originally came with the set. The bottom piece fit perfectly however the small top piece was 6” too small so I returned it. Not sure if that was a fluke or dimensions have changed in 18 months. The burgundy color was perfect.
