This gazebo was to replace another manufactures wind destroyed product. Everything went together fine and we have enjoyed the shade. However, (there’s always a however right?), one corner of the awning pushed through and I could no longer keep it tight, not good. My problem is that I’m finding it difficult to contact the manufacture for another awning for replacement. Maybe this is a problem with Amazon? Don’t know.

I love this gazebo. It's on my deck and it looks great. I didn't spend to much time on my deck before. Now with this gazebo to protect from the sun and bugs. I'm out there all the time. When I received this gazebo, it was missing some parts. The company sent out a new one. This is why 4 stars. The 2nd gazebo once I took the parts needed, has to be returned. This gazebo is heavy. Arrangements were made for pick. From 9am till 10pm. What person can sit at home waiting for the ups person? Some of us work. Any way I was not consulted about time or day of pick up. Oh and let's not forget that if you are not at home in the 13 hour window. You have to find a way to get the heavy box to an ups facility. Soooo of course I arrive home and there is a return label in my door. No 2nd chance to have item picked up. I am a 64 year old woman and I live alone. How in the devil am I supposed to get this heavy huge box to an ups facility? I should probably have given 3 stars. But I really do like the gazebo.

Sturdy. Looks good. Canopy is a major pain to get on but that's it. Not sure how this could hold up to a snowy winter. But handled the sun & winds of summer this far.

Very happy with the look of the gazebo I am a woman and my daughter and I built it. The gazebo took us 3 hours to do. The directions we’re easy and walked us thru easily with now hiccups. The item is study hopefully it will last the summer
