I bought this in October, put it together in December, by myself as a 5'6 female and had NO PROBLEMS! The instructions were clear and concise, the parts fit perfect and I have essentially LIVED in this canopy tent since I put it up. It's been my saving grace for relaxation and just enjoying the outside. Until... last month I had a tornado rip through my backyard. It picked it up and threw it into my house. I was unable to assess the damage until tonight, March. I have no idea how to fix it. Pieces are bent and broke and I have cried so hard. I have no idea how to order replacement parts. The canopy top itself is perfectly intact. The metal bars and two of the legs however, have met their match. I am absolutely devastated because I have RAVED about this product, but I cannot afford to buy another one, as this was what I had worked MONTHS of overtime to be able to afford. I cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone to see if I can buy replacement parts of the frame, because again the canopy top remained PERFECT!! I cannot speak enough good about this canopy, but I am beyond devastated that I cannot fix this myself. It just doesn't make sense for it to be a total loss when the canopy itself is in PERFECT condition!

I purchased this Gazebo in mid-June and put it together myself. It was very easy and the instructions were simple. The canopy quality seems to be great. It’s only been 6 weeks in use but there are no signs of wear at all. The sun has been brutal all summer and the navy blue has not faded whatsoever. I used the stakes in the ground for high winds and it hasn’t moved at all. Very sturdy. The screen quality and zippers are made well too and it does its job keeping the bugs out. I highly recommend this product.

If you have some knowledge of putting together furniture, you'll be fine. Instructions are minimal. This is our 2nd gazebo. 1st one over the grill. We love them. I suggest buying shower rings to replace the plastic crap that are hard to snap in place for the mosquito netting.

The metal bars on 2 sides of the gazebo rusted within 2 months of being put up & fell apart & off of the main pieces. I contacted customer service they asked for photos & model #. I sent all requested information & have not heard a word from them. Another piece broke & put a hole in the top canopy. The top canopy also turned from dark gray to purple.

We ordered this tent as a way to sit outside without being chewed on by mosquitoes and it works great! It was easy to assemble—thanks hubby! It took him about an hour and 30 minutes to build. We’ve placed a tall fan nearby to keep us cool in this Texas heat. It’s constructed so well. The zippers are strong and durable and the netted fabric is woven well. We’re so excited to spend the 4th outside today! It looks great on the deck too.

This is the second Gazebo that we have purchased (the first one broke during a bad snowstorm because we forgot to take the fabric off before winter.) It does take a couple of people to assemble it but it is fairly easy. It’s a great size for our deck. The quality is really good, the fabric didn’t rip at all when the poles broke and collapsed from the weight of the wet and heavy snow. I did give it a 5 star but I wish there was a way to cover the vent openings at the top with netting to keep the extremely smart and determined bugs out.
