I was looking for a sturdy Gazebo to cover a hot tub and I ended up being pleasantly surprised by this purchase. Not only was it well built, I found it to be very straight forward to assemble needing only a Phillips screwdriver and a box knife (to remove protective packing) I was also impressed by the high-end crinkle powder coat finish and several other design details. Things like the plastic locking rings that hang the screening, tie straps at the corners to both attach to the leg but also loop and toggles that allow you to tie back the screens to the quality of the roof fabrics complete with drain holes. I love this gazebo. It's on my deck and it looks great. I didn't spend to much time on my deck before. Now with this gazebo to protect from the sun and bugs. I'm out there all the time. When I received this gazebo, it was missing some parts. The company sent out a new one. This is why 4 stars. The 2nd gazebo once I took the parts needed, has to be returned. This gazebo is heavy. Arrangements were made for pick. From 9am till 10pm. What person can sit at home waiting for the ups person? Some of us work. Any way I was not consulted about time or day of pick up. Oh and let's not forget that if you are not at home in the 13 hour window. You have to find a way to get the heavy box to an ups facility. Soooo of course I arrive home and there is a return label in my door. No 2nd chance to have item picked up. I am a 64 year old woman and I live alone. How in the devil am I supposed to get this heavy huge box to an ups facility? I should probably have given 3 stars. But I really do like the gazebo. ... show more

This gazebo was to replace another manufactures wind destroyed product. Everything went together fine and we have enjoyed the shade. However, (there’s always a however right?), one corner of the awning pushed through and I could no longer keep it tight, not good. My problem is that I’m finding it difficult to contact the manufacture for another awning for replacement. Maybe this is a problem with Amazon? Don’t know. ... show more

It took me an hour with help to put this together. It has withstand the rain, the wind this summer. For the price this was a excellent buy. I wish I bought this years ago. It definitely kept the sun out and I hung a fan from the center and it was great.

Sturdy. Looks good. Canopy is a major pain to get on but that's it. Not sure how this could hold up to a snowy winter. But handled the sun & winds of summer this far.

There were a few bad reviews on this product, but I decided to purchase it anyways and am not sad about it. I was able to actually assemble it on my own (not super recommended as it took ten times longer), but it can be done. I have had it up for about a month and it has held through some pretty decent wind and a bit of rain. I did bury two of the legs into large flower pots which may have helped keep it a bit more sturdy. We got quite a bit of rain for a couple days and the only thing that happened was the top sagged a bit and gathered water - that was an easy fix by extending the roof out further to keep the top cover taught. I plan to take the top and side covers off during the winter months, I am not sure it's meant to be an all-weather structure. The only complaint I had, and it's super minor, the package came with one less clip to hold up the side netting than it needed. It absolutely works just fine and I put a zip tie in place of the missing plastic clip. Overall, I am quite happy with this purchase. ... show more
