This was surprisingly easy to put together with two people. The instructions only have like 5 pictures and no descriptions, but it only took us 1-2 hours. The materials are a little lite, but for the price is what you pay for. Its not built for a lifetime but is quite nice. I suggest putting the canopy on loosely before you raise it up onto the frame, and securely put the top canopy, it was really tough to get that on when it was raised up. Also, its a little short, my husband is 6” and he has to bend a little to walk under the sides. Roomy when you’re under it though! UPDATE 1 year later! We left this up at the end of the season (laziness) and unfortunately we had some heavy wet snow and it collapsed. If you take care of it I am sure it would last more than one season. ... show more

All things considered, this canopy is definitely worth the money. Its Pretty easy to put together. One bar was bent on arrival but thankfully it was in a place that we could use a mallet to bend it enough to get the pieces to fit together. It looks great by my pool!

Needs 2 people to set up. Pretty intensive to put together. Needed a ladder, someone who could reach up and screw things in at difficult angles. Took about 5 hours to assemble. I don’t love the hooks for the netting, but they work fine. They’re just flimsy. Has held up to a couple thunderstorms so far, but I have been worried about it. Looks pretty nice now that it’s together and mostly keeps the bugs out and gives a nice bit of shade. We’ll see how long it holds up. ... show more

Update: this thing blew apart in winds that didn’t even take down the nearby bird feeders (that often fall). I think the design flaw is that the corner pieces weren’t hinged together. They just had slide pins and so there was significant up and down give between the 2 pieces that make the corner. So when you screwed down the one side with hole to anchor, the other side was able to lift right out. One good gust of wind and the additional structure usually created by a corner shelf gazebo worked against the units integrity. We’ve put these up for years. The last corner version we had, by Garden Winds I believe, lasted 4 years, taking top off in winter and replacing canvas top once. Same spot same crew. This unit lasted less than 1 week. Previous review. Put this up today. Took 2 people a couple hours. Seems . This design seems to have addressed the corner shelves with a bottom latch so that they stay put. Also have had issues in the past with center on long side drooping or giving out. They reinforced that area well. Time will tell, but impressed with quality material of tent. 11 x 13 very roomy. I can’t believe I’m saying this but it was an easy assembly. Everything lined up. The netting is pretty tight to have all 4 sides zipped but you can do it. I love it!! Looks amazing. This is my 4th canopy purchase so I’m impressed. Now let’s see how it holds up to sun and wind in Florida

Love the canopy, it is sturdy, and looks nice, not too hard to put together. The only problem is in the morning there is moisture on the inside of the canopy roof with drops of water that I thought were holes at first. Not to mention in the morning sitting under it it looks like it has glitter on it but it is the material on the topper that I can see the sunshine through. We will see when it rains what happens. It is a great canopy overall, it has withstood a wind storm and heavy rain. I do have sandbags to sturdy it which is a must. The only thing is that is has small pin holes in a few places in the top part around the edges where the railing goes, it will be no problem unless they grow larger or tare, other than that I am very pleased with it. Will know more as time goes by with more use. I bought this to be a temporary studio to take pictures until I get me a building placed in this location. Just wished it would have came with the side I had to buy canvas sheets to put around it to enclose it. Love the screen but did need solid side. Over all I would rate it 4 stars. ... show more
