I just put our canopy up for a week long holiday. We will see how durable it is. It was a fairly easy job other than 2 things. Getting the center to latch was really hard. And second which probably explains my first difficulty, I didn't get the supports for the awning routed through the holes in the canopy top properly so I had to take them apart at the end and fix it. I'm glad there were wing nuts on them. The instructions weren't clear on this subject at all and the video doesn't really show either of these steps clearly. I can only guess that if I had the awning supports routed properly that there would have been more slack in the top and it probably would have just clicked into place the first time. Now that I know how to put it up; I know how to put it up. I guess that's how it goes. If you buy one of these, they seem to be a good value to cost, just pay special attention to the corners of the cover and make sure that it is correct BEFORE you try to push up the center.

I love this new canopy with the "wings". Although it is not totally waterproof, it had kept my deck furniture dry in some pretty severe weather. Only after 2 full days of rain does it begin to drip a bit where the metal touches the canvas. Mine is also mounted on my deck, I put 1 screw in each of the 4 legs and it has withstood 2 storms in which tornadoes have passed within 1/2 mile of my house. I'm a 70 yr old woman, and the package was quite heavy, so I had to drag it through the house to the back deck, but once I got the expanding frame out of the box and storage bag, it was easy from there. I did have to put a nail in one leg to hold it in place while I expanded the framing, and I was anticipating trouble in raising the whole thing after I put on the top, but to my surprise, it went up quite easily, and the only "tools" I needed were my 4' ladder, a hammer for the one nail....then a small drill for a pilot hole for the 4 screws into my wood deck. I did use 2 of the "rope" tie downs provided just to add a little stability against wind. It took me less than 45 minutes to put the canopy up by myself, so I'd imagine that 2 younger people could put it up in less than 15 mins.

I love the canopy but the case that it goes in the zipper broke and I want to replace it so I won't ruin my canopy. Me and family love this items we take it to our children little league football games every week. Could you please help me with getting another case for it.

We thought product defective but after reading other comments and reviews we figured out the problem. So my biggest complaint is with the directions-many important steps are left out. Our canopy is up now and looks good and we will not be returning after all.

The canopy itself is great. The frame is sturdy and we don't have issues with the canopy itself. The problem is the awning. For the life of us we could not figure out how to get the canopy on but have the awning usable. There's a small opening in the corner and you would think you can slide the arms through it, nope, you can't because of the support frame. So we have the tent up, we rolled up the awning on the one side & have the back side just hanging down.
