Looks like item has so many dents all over the the places. Paint is already chipping on new item. Over all quality is very poor.

The item came via FedEx. It was damaged upon arrival. I reviewed the instructions for assembly. The instructions are not clear. They are not detailed and do not give accurate pictures to assist in knowing wich parts face toward the front or rear of the grill. The instructions give numbers for each part, but the parts are not numbered. Overall, I believe that the grill is of good quality, but due to the damage and the poor instructions, I give this grill a poor rating. Update, I contacted the company and was given a partial refund, upon my request, due to the damaged grill. I am satisfied with the refund. I still suggest that the company update the installation instructions. Otherwise, I find the grill easy to operate and heats up fast with an even consistent temperature. ... show more
