The machine is fantastic for most things. Using the HZ mode is nice for packing not so much lining. The Voltmode is powerful and steady. 3 star rating for customer support being impossible to communicate with. They respond but only ask for order numbers and replace things they don’t answer any tech questions. It takes over a month for them to mail your stuff to the US. Then takes about a month to get there. I lost a o ring off a battery. I just want to replace it so I can use the battery “ the grip won’t go on if it isn’t there. They won’t answer my question and instead are taking a month to mail me a new set up. Not what I needed and not what I asked for. Super intuitive little machine though fits great in your hand but I’ve had many battery problems.

As you'll see from others, its a pretty decent machine. The issue is that about 6 months into regular use the battery wont charge. Won't turn on, nothing. Dead and useless. Dont waste your money.

I highly recommend it. I usually have several machines in use at the same time, but when I only use this one and one other, just two, I only have to charge it when I stop to eat mid-session. That's all. The weight, size, and strength are perfect for me.

The quality of this machine is above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't figure out how they got so much value for your money when so much awesome new tech is in this machine that makes it exceptionally easy to use. The machine does the work for you, it's incredibly easy to make straight lines or to do detail when the machine is so easy to use. Right when I opened it I spent some time reading the instructions and playing around, and then took it into my tattoo room to use and promptly dropped it 3ft onto concrete. I thought it was done, of course it hit on the side with the screen. But it is incredibly durable. It got a small scratch but nothing on the screen and it works perfectly. One of those marks that only I will see. It puts down beautiful blacks and doing shading and stipple work is a breeze. The lines and stipple I put down stay dark, and heal very nicely because the machine gets such nice solid dark lines in one pass, maybe two if you didn't notice your reservoir was low. And you set it to hit hard, then let the machine work. You just need to basically guide it. I was no longer judging depth by feel, it was more setting the strength so I was getting proper depth. The value for your money here is soooooo worth it. Stacks up against my $400.00 machine, and actually is better in some respects. The only negative is the battery. This would be perfect if I could use an RCA or get another battery to swap. As it stands if you're running over 100 on hard mode and have a 1214RLL the battery is going to go down somewhat quickly. You'll have time to do a spider in a spider web, or something like that. But if you were doing a large piece you'd be taking some forced breaks. I believe this is the best wireless on the market for $200.00. It blows away most other machines in the category, and the new tech in the machine is a real game changer. The weight is so incredibly light and balanced, but feels solid in your hand. Everything about it functions and feels better than most other machines. I like it enough if I broke it through negligence I would pay to replace it immediately. It just works so amazingly well. The best thing I've seen from Mast, and this isn't my first Mast machine.
