This is a great starter kit, has most of what I need to be productive. The pen is lightweight without being too light to hold steady. Very smooth in operation and simple to use. The included needles are good quality and easy to replace. Battery life is good and I love having the second battery to extend use time.

I was surprised at just how good the pen in this set was, and then at how complete the set itself was. It really only is lacking a set of inks. In fact, that's really not fair, since the kit comes with a decent sized bottle of black ink. You can definitely get going on your practice with just black. The kit contains this pen (see pics) which has a working range of 4.0v-12.0v., which is a very sufficient range. It' has a great shape, which is thick, and short. At the opposite end of the pen is the integral battery pack, which is interchangeable. A second battery is included. The pen run beautifully, and has very little vibration, or noise. At around 10.0v it get a bit louder. Not bad, but definitely louder. I should mention that the two batteries have a three button operating system, "on/off", "+", and "-". It's very simple to operate, and the large, bright digital battery pack makes it even easier. Very easy to read, even while working. The one quirk I found was that the adjustment increments (for voltage) is in 0.2v, rather than 0.1v. Not sure why, but it's really not a big deal for a beginner. The idea of having a second battery is excellent, since you don't have the option of working off AC power with this pen. Also included is a box of cartridges (10), a set of ink caps, a bottle of black ink, a single pair of black latex exam gloves, a single sheet of decent practice skin, a single roll of narrow black grip tape, a single sheet of tattoo design transfer paper, a sheet of full color tattoo designs, and a sheet of tattoo design outlines for practice. I really like this machine, and the fact that the kit itself is so complete. They have even tossed in some decals to seal the deal. Very nice kit. Good value for the beginner, or even the advanced user.

This wireless tattoo rotary machine pen gun kit comes with X5 model and two batteries. Each battery has a 1600mAh capacity that lasts for a long while. With two batteries, I can rotate between them while the other is charging for no downtime. I do wish the charging connector on the battery was USB-C rather than a micro-USB. The pen is easy to grasp and hold for a long period. The pen runs smoothly and the rest of the accessories in the kit are good for beginners and to practice with.

I really like the size and feel of this specific gun. It feels like one of the better quality tattoo guns. Also for the price point it seems like higher quality for a mid price range. It also has a very sleek look to it.

Everything you need right there in this kit started a new tattoo it's turning out beautiful I recommend this product ink is good it stays in the skin the needles are smooth on the skin as smooth can be for a tattoo and it's a great value. Love the pen design of the tattoo gun cordless it's amazing battery lasts a very long time as long as you make it to a full charge before you use it, the sheet of paper with small tattoos could be a little bit more creative than the ones that they can supply but for what they did Supply it's not a bad selection

This tattoo starter kit is great! It comes with a Dragonhawk tattoo machine, and it has brushless motors. The voltage and stroke can be adjusted easily. The LED menu is easy to see and operate. It comes with an extra battery for the longer sessions. The rest of the kit is provided by Mast. There are a pair of gloves, grip tape, black ink, cartridge needles, ink cups, practice skin, transfer paper, prefab designs and transfers, a wrist band, and stickers. There are only enough gloves, paper, practice skin for one use, so you may want to purchase more in the future. This comes with everything you need to get started though. I think Mast really wants to please with this kit. The surprise stickers were nice. I'm a grown man, but I still like stickers. The tattoo machine is really good, and it is quality. I think tattoo machines have reached a new high after what seems like a long period of gun style machines. I like where it's going. You can't go wrong with this kit.
