just received this pen and i have to say its pretty awesome. Packaged well, both batteries were fully charged and ready to go. I like the fact i can just plug the batteries in a c-phone charger which pretty much everyone has one laying around these days. I personally like the weight, it may be slightly heavier than some cheaper models, but this pen oozes quality and is well balanced. There are two handgrip options that come in the box. i chose to use the one with the shaped ridges, easier for me to hold steady for small work. I only use RL needles for what I do, and so far I love it. Super quiet, smooth. I can't speak for longevity (it only came today). But I've ran it steady for a couple hours and still had over 80% life on the battery. a lot of adjustability, such as stroke, voltage, and needle depth, and i'm sure others i've not seen yet. easy to read screen. overall nice quality, great bang for the buck! ... show more

This machine is so cool, batteries last forever, it has some good weight on it and looks so pretty. The only thing I dislike is that you cannot deactivate the touch screen so you will be changing stuff not on purpose, I might need to get used to it.

I got this one particularly because I am the year of the snake. But, honestly? I’m super impressed with this machine. It’s lightweight, quiet, and doesn’t vibrate much at all. The grip feels comfortable even after a few hours, and the wireless battery pack lasts a solid 6–8 hours before needing a charge.
