For the price it is really good. Works great with soft shade and dark but not well with anything higher than 15 maybe 18 cm and or rm. turn your voltages up to 10 and it can push the 9rl fairly good but can still struggle some. And I do struggle with the cartridges not sitting in well but I am using a different brand so I will try the mast cartridges soon. I’m not the best artist I just do it for fun but here is my input on it. This one was a 2hr tattoo and still had lot of battery life in it, I have went for 3hrs and 45mins and had just under half. Love the timer on it. Weight is good not to heavy and grips are comfortable. I can see a difference on the strokes I run 3.0 ... show more

Mast Tattoo Gun Pen Machine, Fold Pro Cordless Year of Dragon Edition This is a great tattoo machine. An excellent machine that includes enough customizable options to please a wide range of users. The kit for this machine is well thought out. This machine comes with 2 fully charged batteries with a voltage range of 5-12 volts. Also included is an optional RCA top in case you run out of battery power, or for those who prefer the extra control of running their machines with a control pedal. The machine comes fitted with an ergonomic sleeve and also includes an optional thinner standard sleeve. This is the widest machine I own with a diameter of approx. 120 mm ( this can be slimmed down to approx. 100mm with the optional sleeve) It is the 2nd heaviest machine I have weighing approx. 219 grams. Length without needle cartridge is approx. 130mm. Despite it's larger diameter and heavier weight, the weight is well distributed; not top heavy like some cordless machines. Being of larger diameter and heavier, I was surprised to find that in my tests comparing it to other machines I own, this one proved to the best performer control wise! The machine operated at a very low noise level, with low vibration, and superior control. The only thing I noticed that could use some improvement was the RCA power adapter. Once applied to the machine is very challenging to remove, there is nothing to help you get a good grip on it. It could use some raised grip assist lines or something..even if the circular indents were raised bumps instead, that would at least provide some help. Despite that one design flaw, this is still the best machine I have used to date! Therefore I feel I must rate it at a full 5 stars! Explaining my rating system: 5 - a superior product - I would highly recommend 4 - above average – a great choice 3 - average – what one might generally expect 2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative 1- Horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible ... show more

This really is the future of tattoo pens, and it's awesome! Take a look at the pics of this incredible pen. It's actually three pens in one, and it runs like a dream. I'm so thoroughly impressed with this tattoo pen. To begin with, this pen is beautifully made, and it is simple to operate, feels amazing in your hand, and is smooth as silk. It comes with two batteries, two different grip areas (both in shape, and also color!), and a separate cap with an RCA jack that allows you to work off of a clip cord & AC power supply. Sweeeeet! The pen has a working range of 4.0v to 12.0v, and it's absolutely silent, and smooth as glass throughout. I mean super smooth, super silent. Just a joy to work with. Don't like the black grip with the wide grooves for a grip area? Change it out to the parallel side purple grip area. It's just a matter of screwing one off, and replacing it with the new. If you opt to go with the purple grip, you have a matching purple battery pack to go with it. The battery packs are excellent, and simply snap on. They look like integral batteries, but you can change, or replace them. The size and feel of the tattoo pen, is excellent, as well, and the fit & finish are superb. There is a large digital LED readout on the battery pack, with a 3 button operation: "On/Off", "+", and "-". There are seven choices of stroke length, by simply twisting the lower grip area. You can go from 2.4mm all the way to 4.2mm. I truly love this tattoo pen. It's got all the great features, and then adds some more. I honestly believe this will be the archetype for the tattoo pens of tomorrow. Beautiful looking, great running, and with lots of options. A super machine at a great price.     • Super low vibration at all v’s/super quiet
It was a super hard to open box, my goodness they put the jaws of life on this box. The machine has a 1500 mah battery, 5v-12v operational range, adj. needle depth (2.4mm-4.2mm). The power cords included consist of 1 RCA to a power supply unit, and 1 USB-C cord. I love the shape of this machine and i also LOVE the diff colored sleeves included. I just wish the middle red part was a diff color or black so the hot pink would contrast nicely as it does not contrast nicely with the red that is there. The black grip is the fatter of the two as the pink is slim. I found the battery to be hard to remove. I really wish these brands would stop using the ball bearings - they are hard to remove which means this battery can only used on this machine. It runs super quiet and has super low vibration through out the voltage range. ... show more
