The media could not be loaded. It's a nice machine that runs very well. It's easy to adjust stroke speed as well as needle depth. It is a bit loud, definitely not the quietest one I've used, but it is a quality machine with excellent battery life.

The pen is very adjustable. You can easily set the voltage. You can easily adjust the needle depth with a twist of the end of the pen. This thing is very well made and has some heft to it. I have seen smaller tattoo pens, but this one absorbs the vibrations well. That should make for a smoother tattooing experience. I was impressed by the quality of the machine work. It does not look flimsy or cheap. Definitely has a good amount of weight to it but not so much that it was hard to hold for longer than an hour. Very well balanced given that it is kind of stubby. There are two settings that can be used to save preferred voltage levels. A long press turns the pen on and each additional press pauses or starts the motor again. A double click will cycle through the two settings seamlessly when the motor is running. If the motor is off the double click will cycle likewise. The needle length is adjusted with a click type grip. The noise level is not loud, but not he quietest I've used. It has plenty of power and hits pretty hard throughout the voltages. Charging is done with a USB C cable, which is surprisingly very thick to carry a good amount of current. I was a bit disappointing that there were no extra o-rings or seals as I've seen with other Mast pens I've gotten in the past. Not a deal breaker but a little extra something that is always a plus with this brand. ... show more
