I've had this machine for a few days and am surprised with it's performance. I really like that it's shorter than most pens and super light weight. Because of that, my hand has felt significantly better and has not been cramping. It's fit multiple brands of cartridges well and doesn't rattle unless the cartridge itself is an issue. I have been able to lower the machine to 6.5 for softer shading and fine lines with no issues in performance. Cranked it up to 8.5 for heavier lines and color packing also with no issue. It has a light vibration that I don't mind considering I like to feel how my machine is running. The screen works well so far. I've had this machine for about 2 years now. I've been tattooing for 11 and this machine is INCREDIBLE! YES I had an issue where a wire came losse from the motor and had to be re-soldiered.. but also its spent every day vibrating and heating up with friction and I'm sure I've dropped it 2 or 3 times.. so for anyone that wants a machine that can operate at top tier levels without the price tag this is your guy.. pros.. it can do anything you need it to.. cons... if you don't have the knowledge as an artist to work on your machines and maintain them then you're probably gonna fine that no machine is "good enough" ... show more

I have used this product for less than five hours and the motor stopped working. Unfortunately I have bought it in May and my return window has long been closed. I cannot recommend this product for anyone because of fast break down and lack of customer service.

Im a 20+yr artist. Lately i decided to spend less on machines since im comfortable enough to work any machine or adapt well to them. So i liked this machine because you can take apart and realy clean the stroke bar. Plus i wanted a 4.0 stroke. This worked well, the balance is a little weird since no top weight and very light. Aligning the parts can be a pain when on the go. i used it maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks for idk a yr maybe. I was using barier film on the display buttons since its small and tricky to bag. So i just went to remove the film today and the thing just broke into pieces. Worth $100 yeah i guess if you want to try a 4.0 stroke without committing to a more pricey or quality brand. ... show more
