I'm a noob at this. However, I've bought 5 other brands and this one is the best so far. I don't have a single complaint. Needles are tight and sharp. Sterilization marker is there and that's important to me. Box is sealed and then the needles are sealed. Membrane is stiiffer than the others. I'm sure that makes a difference for my machine.
