Absolutely fantastic!!!
I'm going to start this review with my ONE negative remark because everything else I have to say about this particular tattoo gun is nothing but positive. I started off with the Mast Tour, so needless to say, I'm quite partial to the more slender style tattoo guns; I feel like I have more contol over the gun itself and my lines look much cleaner. That being said, I was very impressed with this tattoo kit. Not only is the tattoo gun itself interchangeable between the batteries and the cord, but the kit included 2 batteries along with SUPER FAST chargers for both. Even if you ran your first battery until it was almost dead, it would be more than charged buy the time the second battery finally died. HUGE perk, considering most other cordless tattoo guns I've seen have batteries that take quite a bit longer to charge. Second impression of this tattoo kit - phenomenal weight distribution. Even though the tattoo gun itself is slighly bulky for my taste, I do like the general weight to it because I learned on the old school tattoo guns. When I switched to the rotary style Mast Tour, I had trouble determining proper needle depth and had to very closely watch how deep I was tattooing. With the Fold2 Pro, I don't have to watch as closely because I found a technique that works for me - I can simply just use the weight of the gun for penetrating the skin slightly deeper; whereas, with the Mast Tour, I had to push/bend with my wrist for proper depth. In addition, one important point about the weight I need to mention: all the weight of the tattoo gun isn't just in the battery that attaches to the end of the gun itself - the weight is EVENLY DISTRIBUTED throughout the gun, which I have yet to see in any of the other brands of cordless tattoo guns that I've tried. I can't say much about the Mast tattoo ink that came with the kit because I haven't tried it yet - I'm still finishing up a bottle of Mom's ink that I already had open, so I plan to try it out once I use that up. Third impression - this tattoo gun is extremely quiet! What a difference between this one and the Mast Tour! Fourth - THE BUTTONS! Phenominal design being that they are placed in the CORRECT place - on the side of the tattoo gun!! THANK YOU DRAGONHAWK! It's about time someone put the buttons in a convenient enough spot for us! Another huge perk - I love the fact that the tattoo gun itself mechanically clicks when adjusting needle depth. Dragonhawk is doing big big things, folks. It's time to jump on board! As far as the printer, I had a lot of trouble getting it started. It really doesn't want to work too well unless you have it plugged in. I also have to slightly gripe that it feels like it's made of a cheaper plastic, so I really feel like Dragonhawk dropped the ball on this one. However, once I did get the printer connected and warmed up, it was putting out some decent quality images - not so much on the stencils, though. I still want to play around with it a bit more before I make up my mind. Sorry guys, but I still prefer my M832D Phomemo.

Amazing kit !!! Works great
Mast fold pro2 tattoo machine kit I have been using this mast fold pro 2 for a little while and it definitely is a good tattoo machine, it does really well shading and stipple shading. Has adjustable stroke settings so you can change for what you want to do, the stoke settings are very easy to change even with the machine wrapped. Comes with 2 batteries and each battery has lasted a long run time , iv gotten about 5hrs out of each battery, and charging was about 2 hrs to fully charge. Also comes with wired attachment so you can tattoo with a power supply. This tattoo machine has been fun to use and has been my go to for shading with , it’s very quiet when running and no vibration issues for stable , i usually like thinner tattoo machines but this one has been very comfortable to hold when using even tho it’s thicker. All metal construction makes for easy cleaning. Easy to read display screen and the buttons work great!! Especially when wrapped up can easily adjust voltage and settings . This kit comes with with the tattoo machine , batteries, wireless printer, tattoo cartridges , stencil paper ,triple black ink , stencil gel, and few extra items The wireless printer has performed beautifully!!! Prints great quality stencils everytime and does it quickly, takes up very little space and easy to travel with , battery has lasted quite a long time , i have not had to charge it yet !! Overall this is a great beginner tattoo kit comes with very good working machine and printer , great value for the money . I’d recommend to anyone wanting to get one

Very good beginner set. The combination of stencil printer and tattoo machine makes so much sense. I have always been impressed with the package that MAST put together. This one is no exception. The set isn't the top of the line, but is very good for someone starting. A little bit beyond the basics and is enough for any beginner. The machine itself is no frills. It does have a good feel overall as far as diameter. Adjustment for stroke length is a huge necessity for being able to accommodate different types of strokes and needles, going from line to packing to shading. Of course, you do not absolutely need it, but having it allows you to explore and find your own preferences and hand speeds. Solid clicks on all adjustments. The battery display panel is on the smaller side. If you prefer larger letters and numbers, which I do, this does feel small. I think this is about the smallest display panel that I have seen. Other than that, the printer is the next key item. Printer isn't branded MAST, but is still a decent printer. Very compact and easy to use. Pairs with my iPad easily and prints within minutes of setting it up. It is basic, but again, sufficient for beginners. There isn't too much in ways of accessories past that, but everything included is of very decent quality. If you are beginner and wants one package that has decent items across the board, this is a great set to begin with. Pricing is fair, you may be able to save a little money by getting some items separately, but for what you get, I think it is a decent deal.

Really Enjoying This Tattoo Kit
I’ve been using the Mast Fold2 Pro kit for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it. What caught my attention was getting both the wireless tattoo machine and the A4 stencil printer in one kit. It made getting everything set up a lot easier for me. The Fold2 Pro feels good in my hand and is comfortable to work with. I especially like being wireless because not having a cord constantly getting in the way makes the whole process feel much more convenient. The machine also feels solid and well made. The stencil printer has been a great addition. I’ve used it to print designs for stencils, and it saves me a lot of time compared with the process I was using before. Having it right there as part of the kit is definitely convenient. I also like that everything is fairly easy to organize and doesn't take up a huge amount of space. For me, the combination of the wireless machine and stencil printer is what makes this kit worthwhile. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase. It has made my setup more convenient, and I’m glad I decided to go with this kit.

This is a high quality all-inclusive set to get you started doing tattoo art.
I picked this up to get started with tattooing and see if it might be something that I wanted to pursue artistically. This review is from the perspective of a complete novice. I needed a good all-around starter set and this really does have everything you need to get started with no need to buy anything else except maybe some practice skin or a piece of pig skin from the butcher. Practicing on fruit works but once you get the technique down it’s nice to have something a little more realistic. Especially if you don’t have any willing family or friends that want to be your guinea pig. As far as the contents of this set. It really is all inclusive. You even have a printer with bluetooth connection to your mobile device to do your stencils with. The battery lasts an impressive amount of time and also has a backup to switch out when one runs down. It has a super clear OLED display and many levels of adjustment to fine tune it. The noise level is also impressively low on this with what I would consider a low level of vibration as well. It really helps with keeping steady to maintain the correct depth and sharp detail. I am just super pleased with this. The whole package just feels like a high quality set up. I don’t have a huge frame of reference but I know the feel of a quality device and this just feels nice. The weight, the finish, attention to detail, it’s all there. I would highly recommend this to anyone starting out and needs a set that will have literally everything you need. This set really has it all!

The Mast Tattoo Fold2 Pro Wireless Tattoo Machine Kit has a thicker profile than basic rotary pens, but it feels substantial in the hand without being overwhelmingly heavy during long sessions. It carries enough mass to help stabilize my lining work, yet it avoids causing wrist fatigue. The aluminum housing is entirely rigid—nothing flexes or creaks when adjusting the stroke length. Packaging was surprisingly secure, utilizing custom-cut foam to protect the machine, the two batteries, and the thermal stencil printer. Including a functional thermal printer is highly unusual for kits in this bracket. While the printer's plastic shell feels somewhat brittle, it consistently prints sharp stencils, which becomes critical when you move away from freehand practice. Over a month of daily studio use, the motor provided consistent power. I ran both the included Mast-branded ink and my own supply, and the provided 10-gauge cartridges lock in tightly without lateral play. The stroke adjustment clicks firmly into place. The primary drawback is the power system; the voltage display is difficult to read under harsh overhead lighting, and the battery drains faster than advertised when pushing thicker liner groups. I really like this tattoo machine kit, especially for someone who is just getting started.
It comes with a lot of what you need to get a small tattoo setup going without having to buy every piece of equipment separately. I really like the adjustable stroke machine and the fact that it comes with two batteries, so you have a backup ready to go instead of having to stop and wait for one to charge. The A4 stencil printer is also a really nice addition to the kit. Having everything together makes getting started much easier, especially if you’re trying to put together a small setup without spending a ton of money on individual pieces. Overall, I think this is a great starter kit for beginners or anyone looking to put together a smaller tattoo setup. It gives you a good selection of equipment all in one package and makes getting started a lot more convenient.
