The colors in this rug were exactly what I was looking for. And in typical Loloi fashion it is soooo soft! Rug is very soft and thick. I love the colors, but it did come with a little defect. It’s so huge it’s not worth returning to me. So we will keep it. But for how much we paid I did wish it would have been completely intact.

I ordered this rug on prime day and just received it today. I was immediately disappointed upon opening it and seeing what an immense color difference there is between the product description and the actual product received. I understand that this rug is intentionally distressed to look "lived in" but this rug is completely white washed to the point where there's hardly any color at all. I specifically wanted a darker rug and am very disappointed by this, especially considering the brand. Not exactly sure how I'll even be able to return such a big item as my only option for return is UPS dropoff and this won't even fit in my vehicle...what a hassle, I hope customer service from the brand will see this. I figured the rug would be more of a rust color but it is mostly brown. You can barely see the design in the center of the rug unless the carpet fibers are laying in thr same direction.
