After only using twice since July 2024 Today I charged it over an hour and it is not working at all!!! This is so unfortunate and disappointing, now having to reschedule clients due to not bringing my back up today.

I’ve been using this machine for 3 months now and it will no longer charge. I am still learning to tattoo so I am just practicing on fake skin and I do it once or twice a week for a couple hours. I’ve charged it about 2-3 times during this time and the last time I went to charge it, it would not take a charge. I’ve left it over night on the charger and I’ve tried 10 different box and cord combinations and nothing works. It’s effectively dead. UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me a refund even though I was past the return time frame. I really appreciate that type of proactive customer service.
