I would give this a 4-star rating, but given my height of 6'3 and weight of 250lbs, I barely fit in the massage chair. It states it can go up to 6'5 and 330lbs, but I highly doubt it. I would strongly urge anyone over 6'3" and 250lbs to consider bigger, taller massage chairs. Another issue I have with it is that the AI assistant isn't the greatest, but it's not really a dealbreaker. The MassaMax app is buggy as well. I would recommend just sticking to the console. I do wish the console were a little bigger, so it would make it easier to read. It has a little learning curve, but nothing too bad. I would say, from the butt to the neck, the chair has really good massage mechanics and options for a good massage. The lower body and feet are lacking. It also has a very strong, new smell similar to a new car. It takes a few days to air out. Shipping and delivery were great and timely. For the price, this massage chair is a great entry-level option for first-time owners. If you need a massage chair for big and tall people, I would suggest doing more research, but that's typical for us big folks. Overall, no regrets buying it.

Great chair! Relatively easy to put together. Sound system is meh, but clear enough. Foot extender is NOT automatic. I don't find it super super necessary, but I have to manually kick out my legs and hold them there if I want it fully extended. However, I'm 5'10 and it works decent enough. Has nice back support, and the foot rollers are amazing! For the price (2k), and the 3 yr warranty, and I was able to get through to customer support, who talked with me, it's worth it.

We tried this chair at a family members home. Have back issues and this was tremendous. It solved some of daily back issues. And is great at night for sore muscles in order to sleep. Note that there was issues ordering - Amazon did say two day deliver but it took a week. And NSD shipper was part of the hold up. I’d ordered directly from the company but the order could not be cancelled. Amazon Customer Service was helpful, just when you spend this much, by the way this was a great price. Especially for the benefits we are enjoying. I did contact the company - great customer service, even though we ordered through Amazon. Be sure to touch base as the instructions have been updated. The company emailed me an updated pdf - again even that was not clear. But the chair so far more than made up for it. Easy to use and although people stated it was noisy, it seems not at all noisy. The access voice system is not worth much but that is an extra and does not affect performance. Nice Bluetooth speakers and the display/ control board could be bigger but again not an issue. The chair I rate 5 stars and the order function 3 stars hence 4 stars. Amazon does a 4-5 star job on our deliveries - figure it is using the third party caused the issues. Although learning that the chair manufacturer has good customer service might have. Erm worth it.

I got the black one, and it looks really slick in my living room. But let's be honest, the way it works is the real reason I love it. The 4D massage is the closest thing to real hands I've ever felt. After a workout, I can set it to a gentle mode to help me recover. Or, after a long day at my desk, I can crank it up to really punch into those deep knots. It's crazy how the rollers seem to find exactly where I need the most attention. It works on you from your neck all the way down to your thighs, and the airbags give my shoulders, arms, calves, and feet this perfect, firm squeeze. My absolute favorite is the zero-gravity mode for my back. You feel all the pressure melt away. And when you add the lower back heat, it warms up tight muscles and lets go. They also included some really thoughtful extras. The dust cover is perfect for when I'm not using it. Setting it up was a breeze, and the controls are super easy to figure out. If you're looking for a chair that gives you a personalized, head-to-toe massage and actually makes you feel relaxed, this one is it. I'm using it every day, and I'm even sleeping better because of it.
