Though I rate the chair 3 stars but this because the chair is super and deserve 7 stars. But if you are not someone who would keep trying by yourself to learn the good stuff in this chair then do not buy it. The seller's compay is hard to reach and rarely answers with no value of their answers. The manual sucks. They are not reachable at phone and take them weeks to answer, assuming they answer. I just hope we don't face any issue with the chair as I don't expect much from the seller. Update: It's not fair not to give this chair 5 stars because it's amazing. The supplier has enhanced their support. All I can say is you may need to figure out the amazing features in this chair specially the manual mode as it will allow controlling most of the movements.
