Heats evenly and kicks off like it is supposed to. I was in a car accident a long time ago and now I have arthritis in both my upper and lower body. I was using 2 heating pads when working in my office chair all day until a friend suggested this. It works great, it heats evenly, It has different heat levels and it has a timer, so you don't accidently leave it on. I was a little worried it would not work as good or it would get too hot but I have not had any problems and I use for 8+ hours at a time.

We had a small foot warmer pad for years that finally stopped working. It wasn’t being made any longer so we bought this one. It warms up the bottom of the bed quite nicely. Wish it didn’t auto off after 8 hours, but we understand why. If one of us gets up to use the bathroom we turn it off / on again so it resets for 8 hours. We turn it on about an hour before bed. No more cold spots in the sheets

This product worked exactly once. When it worked, it was not a great product. Very thin, I could feel the wires, and didn’t heat up as much as I would have liked. After that, it completely stopped working. That is when it turned from figurative to literal garbage, I have already sent it back for a refund. I know it’s cheaper than the other models, but believe me, it’s not worth it. I’ve now spent three times as much for a product that is thick, comfortable, hot, and I feel confident will continue to work for a long time.
