Takes a while to blow up with pump but that is the only bad thing I have to say about it. They are the same durable and thick quality as used at the physical therapy office. For pain relief if you follow what your doctors advice is it should bring you some comfort. As for stretching and exercise its fantastic. Colors are vibrant. I have been using this ball for physical rehabilitation as directed by my therapist so far it’s working good. There is no way I could inflate this ball on my own with my rotator cuff injury and carpal tunnel syndrome . My physiotherapist & her assistant filled it for me but the two of them looked exhausted and they both are fit as a fiddle. They had to use a bicycle pump eventually…Wish the company will redesign the valve & the pump. ... show more

The dinky little plastic pump that comes with the ball is a joke. I sat there trying to inflate it for 30 minutes and it hardly did anything then the pump broke. It’s so cheap it got stuck on itself. I used an air mattress pump I thankfully had to finish it. It pumped up much easier and faster with an air mattress pump. The ball is really nice. Seems decent quality and I got it for 3rd trimester pregnancy to relive hip and pelvic pain. It’s about the only thing I can sit on right now. Just wish it came with a better pump. ... show more

I find it's easier to inflate with an air mattress air compressor. Next question, how can you tell when its fully inflated? On the ball has the ribs. When first getting the ball, no matter what brand it is, between the ribs is one inch. Then inflate up to an inch and a eighth or an inch an a quarter. Let it set for 12 to 24 hours before adding in a little more air. Once inflated, inflate upto a inch an three eights. The max is an inch an a half on the ruler. I originally bought this ball to help with pain and pressure during pregnancy. Then also plan to use it for exercise after as well. It was so wonderfully helpful during pregnancy, especially those last 3 weeks, the ball helped me be able to walk around easier and have less hip/back pain (not full relief but enough to manage normal tasks while chasing a toddler around). I haven't used it a ton yet for exercising as I just had my baby, but so far it's been great and really helpful with helping realign everything after delivery. ... show more

I got this for my pelvic pain being 31 weeks pregnant with twins. I’m 5’5 260 atm I ordered the size recommended by the site for my height. But I think I would have rather got a larger size and not filled it as much. It take a minute to blow it up, but the color is great!
