This was better than expected. It’s priced at the right price point for sure because is not super sturdy, but it is very well made and will serve its purpose very well. I also purchased a very nice massage table cover set here on Amazon to provide a little more cushion for myself when I use it. I recently purchased a HeatHealer and thought this would be a perfect stable base for me to place it on so I’m not on the floor. I’d recommend this for casual, but not professional use. Pros: - It was easy to put together - It looks lovely close up and afar - It’s very comfortable to lay on and supported my weight well (160 lb) - The headrest comes out and is adjustable at many levels which is nice! - Great price compared to other tables - Easy to quickly dismantle and take with you. All pieces fit perfectly inside without issues. Cons: - The accessory pieces do not seem very sturdy so I wouldn’t recommend this if you needed to actually travel with it. - The parts are pieces of faux leather stapled to wood. The wood is exposed on the bottom side of the arm rests and the table itself which was surprising.

I am using this for exercising. I have now had two knee replacements and am unable to lay on the floor. I really like using this to do all of the exercises that I need to do to try to help all of my aching body areas. It is much better than using a couch or bed as it is not too soft. Super sturdy, yet fairly lightweight and very easily portable massage table. It's got a great easy to clean surface, and the folded unit fits nicely in the trunk of my car. It seems well constructed and feels like it should be more expensive than it is. Love it so far!
