I ordered this recliner based off of the reasonable price, style and the reviews I read prior to purchasing. Let me say the value of this recliner is amazing! It’s very easy to build, I did it myself. The recliner is very comfortable yet sturdy. I love how it is a rocker as well as the massage feature. The noise from the massage is very minimal and won’t disturb anyone else. I also like the color. It’s a nice neutral gray so it blends in well with my existing furniture. The side pockets are great to have on there and I love that it comes with 2 cup holders on each arm. Overall, I am completely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this recliner. You definitely get a lot for the price and the quality is pretty good!

I wish I had done more research. Being a senior on a fixed income, I had a limited amount I could spend on a recliner. When I found one that had heat, massage, in a color I liked and in my price range, I jumped on it. My mistake! I didn't unbox it right away, because I needed to wait for help to put it together. Reality came crashing in the first time I touched the fabric, and again the first time I sat in the chair. It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. The back is at a bad angle, not enough padding in the whole chair, the press board on the arms is painful when getting in or out of the chair, and there's no easy way to get the foot rest down. I wish I could send it back.

The seller was very nice and understanding, the chair was great but the original one had an internal issue that I wasn’t able to fix myself. I contacted the seller, they responded quickly, and sent a new chair. Awesome customer service and the product is great, my husband says it’s very comfortable, and he does love the settings on the chair.

This chair is very comfortable as far as the cushions go. The massagers work well, but there is no "basic" mode; all the modes are different patterns without the option for just a regular vibration. I haven't tested how hot it gets with the heat on. Honestly, I'm a little nervous to try that feature. The assembly was fairly simple, but it's near impossible to assemble by yourself. This chair is really clunky. It's hard to open and close the foot rest as it keeps getting caught on something in the mechanisms and on the floor. It also resists laying back; it will push you back up into a sitting position. I had high hopes for this chair, but I was pretty disappointed when I got it put together. I bought it for my grandfather for his 96th birthday, but I'm afraid he won't find it very comfortable. I'm keeping his old chair just in case.

Love The ease of putting together was really easy that I did myself. This was a gift for my husband for Christmas. The color is great. Could be a little more sturdy and with me being short on the short side, the headrest is not real comfortable for me. However my husband is taller than me of course and it does fit him better. For the money I would say it's worth it. The heat and the massage work really good. I'm really impressed with them and would probably buy again.

Sturdy, comfortable, and well designed! This is just what I was looking for... a rocker - recliner to replace the recliner that I'd had for 15 years that had given up the ghost! This chair is the perfect size for me ( 6' 2") and very comfortable. The cushioning and fabric are of very good quality. The rocking feature is something my old chair didn't have. I've always loved rocking chairs as I find them to be very relaxing with a calming effect. The recliner mechanism is easy to use and locks solidly into place. I'm sure I'll get many years of use and enjoyment from this chair. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that it has vibration massage and heat features with two cup holders, two large side pockets and two smaller pockets on the front below the cup holders.

The chair is a nice comfy chair.. Like the vibration and heat . It helps a lot due to my health.. and I like to recline and sit back and relax.. but now the footstool does not want to go down all the way so I have to force it halfway down to be able to get out and then what I want to come back into the chair I got to come in front of the chair at force it down halfway to get back into the chair... I tried everything to try to get it down even my son used his legs when he sat down you have tried to force it down and it will not go down.. I spoken to them regarding about the chair and they told me that I cannot use my legs all I have the force it down by using my heels.. I didn't know the chair it's going to have to be forced to close down the foot rest each time it shouldn't have to do that.. I told them I like the chair and it's already here and I need the chair and they just told me I have to force it down pretty much with my heel I am very displeased with these people they're not seeming like they want to help I do not buy the chair to have a force anything down specially for almost $300 for everything for the chair and the delivery I got the chair for my health and now they expect me to use my legs to force something each time I use it if I recline beware of buying this chair but if you do buy the chair I hope at least you do not have to force it if you recline it's ridiculous not pleased at all

Can't decide on whether to give this chair 3 or 4 stars. Would give it 3.5 stars if possible. Pros: Got it to match my memory foam futon, works well. I love the features of this chair - vibration massage with 5 different settings, 3 different levels on intensity, and 3 different time durations. Also has a heat setting which is soothing on my lower back. I am a rocker, and a rocking chair is necessary. It serves its purpose in that sense. The size is as described, so no big surprise there. It fits my body nicely with room to spare. I like the dual cup holders for drinks and all the nifty little pockets for tv remotes and snacks. The remote for the chair has its own pocket. I like the fact you can kick your feet up. Cons: About 4 days into rocking in this chair, it squeaks and creaks. Its fairly loud. I'm sure WD40 could fix it, but having to apply WD40 on the metal parts consistently is not something that you should be doing to a chair you rock in 30 minutes a day, just my opinion. The chair was somewhat difficult to assemble, with unclear instructions. The backing of the chair leans really far back at resting position. Not only have I fallen backwards on this chair, but every single other person has done the same. My girlfriend fell backwards on it and caused paint to come off the wall. In terms of comfort, don't let the 'memory foam' description of this chair mislead you. This chair at the top where your head is, is fairly comfortable. Mid back is not. Padding is not the best. The chair frame bends where your mid to lower back is, and has almost no cushion there, almost defeating the comfort features this chair has. This chair is hard to get out of, some for the right reasons, but mostly for the wrong reasons. If you have more body weight like me (5'7", 200 lbs), you will struggle getting out of this chair every time. Also, IMPORTANT: If you use the leg rest, try not to fully recline, as your body will lean back so far that your body will be at a downward angle. Your legs will be up higher than your head. If you fully recline, the chair will surely fall backwards. Doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like it to, but it works. End verdict: For a $150 chair, its hard to beat for being brand new and never used. I like how it has massage and heat, however its a hit or miss on how it benefits your comfort, especially when the chair actively works against it with how uncomfortable the chair is in general. The fact it tends to fall backwards with only mild effort makes this chair difficult to enjoy fully. I like the fact it has pockets and cup holders and has rocking and leg rest features. Maybe I'm bashing too much on it. Spend the 150 on it, try it yourself and if you don't like it, put it in the guest room lol. Its not much of a loss. Works well in my one bedroom flat in terms of size. It looks as described also. You get what you pay for. 3.5/5
