Not bad for the price! Be easy to put together. The heat works well and the massager is fairly generic, but does have several settings and can set it at different target points upper back, bottom to your knees. Rocker is nice and the chair is comfortable. Recline is basically two settings sitting up or reclining. But it does have a good recline to lay back. This is NOT a Lazyboy and the quality is not what I except from Amazon!!! The material is not that soft!! I have been fighting with Amazon & the seller to pick up the item as this is VERY heavy due to to motor for heat & vibration!!! The seller stated I could return the recliner but there is no way for me to get it to USPS or the post office as I can't pick up the box!! Amazon has made promises that they will pick up the item and has not been done since I rec' it about the end of June and it is now the middle to end of July!!!! This box is taking up a lot of space in my living room & after con't calls to Amazon nothing has been done as of today 7/18/26......Be careful of 3rd party sellers I had no idea about them & will never order furniture again from Amazon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you know this is an inexpensive chair. I was thrilled when I saw it was a LaZBoy, but that was clearly false advertising. Positives: it has a steel frame, it was easy to assemble, the fabric is decent (nothing special), and the heat/massage is great. Negatives: the foot bed is almost impossible to get to lock down after use. I am elderly. Just impossible. Right now, it's open, and I cannot get it to lock back down. The handle is not on the side of the chair, but at the right hip cushion. Hurts my arthritis to pull against the fabric. I have ordered a 4-inch comfort cushion for the chair to raise it up a bit. I've only had it a short time, so I cannot address long-term value. I wish I had paid more for a different chair. ... show more

So comfortable!! I have not tried the massage and heat feature yet but the chair is soft and plush. The recliner part is high which I love; my feet swell from sitting at a desk all day and this lifts then up nicely for relief. Also, no gap between chair and where legs rest. Closing the foot rest is a little challenging and if you lean to the left or right it's possible to tip the chair over. Overall, great choice and price is nice! Easy to assemble. Directions were misleading. Especially the part of assembling the back of the chair. It only shows a picture. The metal back bracket. Shows a picture to install it backwards. Had to disassemble it.
