The media could not be loaded. This is the best office chair I have ever had. (With over 25 years in an office chair) I love the material. It’s not the hot sticky stuff. The massaging parts and heat are an extra bonus. The top partially reclines back for your break session and the foot rest is awesome. It even only goes half way out allowing you to sit cross legged if you want. Easy up and down. It looks very nice and does not seem to have any flaws in the stitching or material. Assembly took just a bit of time but was easy to do. I will definitely buy another one of these chairs. The only thing that could be considered a downfall is the fact that the roller balls in the seat are kinda hard on my ankles when sitting on my legs. They are not uncomfortable while sitting in the chair correctly though.

The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. The massage function works well. The pocket for the wired controller is convenient. The chair is a great value for the price-point. It was easy to assemble and came with a few extra screws and bolts in case you lose one or two in the process.

Comfortable chair. I work from home so am sitting in it for 8 hours. Padding is a little "stiff" but I think that will soften some with continued use. I like the foot rest, not for all day but just to shift positions during the day. The massage is nice, seems to work well. I haven't tried the heat since I live in Florida and don't need any more heat. The only thing I wish was better was the headrest. For me I feel like I have to lean my head back too far to even put my head on it, then I'm staring at the ceiling. Easy to put together.

Little bit unhappy with this chair. The seat cushion is very uncomfortable because of the massaging equipment in the seat cushion. You can feel it poking you, I have to keep it massaging all day to keep from feel the pressure points in my rear. If it wasn’t for having this chair dropped off at my work I would definitely return it. I have purchased a gel cushion to go in the seat so hopefully that helps with the poking in my rear. The back massage feels good though.

It’s comfy since I got plenty of room to stretch out, and the footrest is perfect for kicking back. The heat feature is a nice touch too. It really helps with my back. Chair is extremely comfortable and works well...when it works. I have had to unplug & replug every day, but today I cannot get it to work at all. I love the reclining feature and the foot rest. Overall, it is a great office chair and much more comfortable than chairs I've had in the past, but it is very aggravating to use the massage & heat feature when I have to unplug/replug all 3 cords each day. After 5 days of use, it isn't working at all now.
