The massage and heat are perfect for taking the edge off after hours at the desk, and the recline goes far enough that it feels like I’m in a lounge chair. The footrest? Didn’t think I’d care, now I use it every single day. It’s solid, roomy, and comfortable enough for me to sit crisscross. If the seat cushion was a bit softer, it’d be perfect—but that’s easy to fix with a pad. Definitely glad I bought it.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best office chair I have ever had. (With over 25 years in an office chair) I love the material. It’s not the hot sticky stuff. The massaging parts and heat are an extra bonus. The top partially reclines back for your break session and the foot rest is awesome. It even only goes half way out allowing you to sit cross legged if you want. Easy up and down. It looks very nice and does not seem to have any flaws in the stitching or material. Assembly took just a bit of time but was easy to do. I will definitely buy another one of these chairs. The only thing that could be considered a downfall is the fact that the roller balls in the seat are kinda hard on my ankles when sitting on my legs. They are not uncomfortable while sitting in the chair correctly though.

Great chair overall! Very sturdy and comfortable with awesome massage and heat features. The footrest and recline are a nice touch. I just wish the seat had a bit more padding. Still a solid choice for anyone needing a big and tall ergonomic chair.

My husband absolutely loves his new office chair. The high back and high neck/head position, the massaging sections and choices for back support, the pull up foot stool - EXACTLY what he needed. Very comfortable, solid, and nice fabric. Great chair.

Chair doesn't provide massage as stated, it only has pulsating vibrations that go within your back area and on upper leg area, it should be specified as this. It should have upper neck massage assistance and actual massage features. The chair itself is soft, comfortable otherwise but the pulsating is not helpful for spine issues

This massage office chair is absolutely awesome! Super easy to set up, and everything was right there with no missing parts. The massage feels great, especially on those long work days. It’s comfy since I got plenty of room to stretch out, and the footrest is perfect for kicking back. The heat feature is a nice touch too. It really helps with my back. Very comfortable chair. Easy to assemble. Much easier with 2 people. Heat feature is nice and not over burning. The pulsating massage feature works well with many variations and intensities. Highly recommend this chair. I use this in my home office for several hours a day and do not chair fatigue.
