First let me say this as someone with Degenerative Disc Disease this chair is a god send. It came packaged perfectly, easy to configure, and the heated massager while low intensity is perfect to just relax in. Yes you can unlock the chair to lay back and get the same treatment from an almost horizontal position. This chair is a 10/10 I would buy and recommend again and again. I hope that the next iteration of this chair has a more intense massager but I'm enjoying this one. Thank you. ... show more

The chair is sturdy and soft and fairly easy to essemble but thats all it has for it. The real trash part is the back. It's more stool then chair. If you sit up in it it is permanently reclined. It's highest back part level is pretty much laying down. So if you are looking for a chair where u can lay back and work then its for you. But if you want to do anything at a desk it's worthless. You mise as well just buy a stool because the back doesn't even touch ur back. Sitting up in it there was 9-12 inches between my back and the chair. If you are buying this chair for anything but laying flat and napping in. It would more worth it to buy a wooden stool and a pillow. It's a bed not a chair. And when I tried returning the 50lb chair the seller wanted me to pay $130 in shipping fees to send it back. Absolutely not, such a scam!!! Paid $140 for a trash chair ans in order to get a refund I need to pay nearly $140 out of pocket again!!! I added a picture of a backpack sitting as far back as a bum can go and straight up and u can see how far there is between where ur back out be and the back of the chair. ... show more

I can't send it back because it's too big to put back into a box after I put it together. I couldn't get one of the arms on, because the top screw was stripped. I know I did didn't do it. The massage part is just cheap. Everything about this is cheap. Sorry I hate bad reviews, but I would never buy this again. It is comfortable, so I'll give it two stars for that.
