Honestly, it’s been a great office chair. Assembly was pretty easy. The instructions were clear, all the parts were included, and I didn’t need any extra tools. It took me maybe 20–30 minutes max, and I was able to do it by myself without any issues. Comfort-wise, this chair is really nice, especially if you sit for long hours. The cushioning feels supportive without being too firm, and the reclining feature works smoothly. I really like the footrest—it makes a big difference when I want to lean back and relax for a bit. The massage and heat functions are a nice bonus. Don’t expect anything super intense, but they’re definitely relaxing and help after sitting all day. Very comfortable chair. I would probably buy it again, but have two criticisms: 1. If you’re looking for something that actually gives you a massage, this isn’t it. It provides strong vibrations, but falls short of anything that could be imagined as a massage. That marketing feels misleading. 2. The footrest doesn’t push in all the way (which is annoying) and getting it to go as far as possible is difficult. I’ve attempted to adjust it multiple times, confirmed that it was installed correctly - it’s just a pain in the butt. That being said, sitting in this chair, especially with the footrest extended, is amazing. I see myself being able to focus longer because of the added comfort and would recommend it as a great affordable option.

My family bought this for my mom for her birthday. She works from home and has had the same office chair for so many years that it was completely worn out. This chair was the perfect upgrade! She spends most every day at her desk and her office has big windows so it gets fairly cold in winter time. She’s so excited about the heating feature. The chair was easy to put together, it took my dad about an hour total. We all tested it out and found it to be super durable and stable. My dad , who is 6’6” found the chair just as comfortable as my mom who is 5’1”. The chair was easy to adjust to everyone’s height. I particularly liked the lower back support and massage feature. It seems like a super durable and comfortable chair that will last my mom many more years. I’d highly recommend this product for anyone’s office or home office. I think I’ll have to buy one for my cubicle at work!

Not quite as expected...It is actually not leather like as pictured, it's definitely cloth fabric instead. It could stain if food or drink is spilled, as it's not easily cleaned. I was really looking forward to having the massage feature but its pretty weak. The chair has a lay back feature that u probably should adjust before sitting down as its difficult to reach while seated in it. Chair needs a constant power source for features to function. Overall an ok office chair just had higher expectations of quality

I’ve been using this office chair for a bit now, and it’s honestly a pretty solid upgrade. First thing I’ll say, follow the tip about not tightening all the screws right away, getting everything about 60% in first makes assembly way easier, then you can tighten everything at the end without issues. The massage and heat features are a nice bonus, especially after sitting for long hours. It’s not super intense like a real massage chair, but it definitely helps take the edge off and the heat on the back feels really relaxing. I also like how adjustable it is. The reclining feature is smooth, and being able to kick out the footrest and lean back makes a big difference when you want to relax for a bit. It goes back pretty far too, which I didn’t expect. The chair feels sturdy overall, it doesn’t feel cheap or wobbly, and it rolls around quietly. The cushioning is comfortable, and the fabric is breathable enough that it doesn’t get too hot during longer sessions. Ergonomically, it does a good job supporting your back, and I like that the armrests move with the recline so you’re not constantly readjusting.
