Very sturdy, easy to assemble and use. I am missing the knobs to tighten down the headrest into the bed portion, so may need to find some or get some sent from company. Shows them in the diagrams and tells you to tighten once to correct height.

Okay I’m going to be honest. I didn’t buy this because I’m a massage therapist. I bought it because I needed to comfortably lay face down without feeling like I was suffocating in my pillow. This headrest actually surprised me. It attaches to the bed and gives you that massage-table style face cradle so you can breathe normally while laying face down. The cushion is soft but supportive, and it’s adjustable so you’re not straining your neck. What I like: • Way more comfortable than stacking pillows • Doesn’t smash your face • Good airflow (no sweaty suffocating feeling) • Folds up and stores easily What I don’t love: • It’s not luxury spa quality • Takes a few minutes to adjust right • If your mattress is super thick, positioning can be tricky But overall? If you need to lay face down for recovery, back pain relief, or just comfort it does the job. Not life-changing… but definitely helpful. ... show more

Make sure you measure and compare your mattress thickness to this headrest’s height measurement - that matters. My mattress is really thick, and this headrest has good height and fits my mattress perfectly. (Don’t be impulsive; take the time to measure your mattresses thickness and compare it to this headrest’s height - it matters.) this gadget’s light weight but offers solid support, and seems durable. Super easy to install and put together, and feels way more secure than I expected. The adjustability (height and angle) was also super helpful for my tall mattress. My one complaint is that it’s would be better with chin support — it’s hard to find the right angle and height so my mattress doesn’t push into my neck, might be more of an issue with my soft mattress though. I ended up just pitching the headrest at a steeper angle, and that worked for me. ... show more
