The chair was a bit heavy but easy to assemble and works great. I will say that I being 6'1 and 320 lbs it felt tight and I wasn't able to use all of the features at one time. My daughter and her husband absolutely love it. Great for relieving stress after work and loosen tight muscles after the gym. All in all great massage chair for the price.

Finally received my chair and the remote to turn it on won’t work. Nothing but trouble . do not buy. 1 the delivery service does not deliver to driveways they said I had to have it delivered down the rd. 200lbs, I’ve had several semis in my driveway before we don’t have power lines or any reason why they could not enter my driveway. Finally got the chair and the remote won’t work. Company can not just send another remote. So we now have to try to pack it back up ourselves and have it picked up at a separate location to send back. Had to take off work to get it and will have to take off work to ship it. Also the remote is a separate cord. It could easily be replacable

This chair is absolutely amazing! I bought this chair for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. Everyone that comes over uses it. Maybe I should start charging for massages, lol! I would totally recommend this chair. The price is amazing, the setup was awesome as it pretty much came together built. This chair is a must for anyone that wants a nice massage and to relieve any discomfort.

Definitely worth the money. I bought it for Christmas and it’s used almost everyday by somebody in the family Takes a little getting used the air bag compression on your legs and arms but once you do it’s really great. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on any product. I just felt like it’s a great price compared to a lot of the other chairs and really does a great job!

I want to start by saying I LOVE my chair but......... Actually receiving my chair was a horrible nightmare. First I received notice that it would arrive by Nov 23-25, great just as expected since my husband would be home to help unload it and get it in the house. The 25 came and went no chair. I checked the shipping again and it showed that the chair wasn’t even shipped until the 25th. Dec 3rd the truck FINALLY shows up at the end of my driveway (1/4 mile from my house) thankfully I saw it pull up and I watched him try and just drop it off at the end of my driveway, the box was cleary marked with what was in it. I yelled at him and told him to come up the driveway as I had plenty of room for him to turn around, no he just stared at me. I jumped in my truck and drove down there. He told me that he couldn’t come up the driveway because he would get sued, WTF it’s my property and my delivery. He finally got it back over to the left on the truck to load in my truck, which is when I found out that this driver was truly just to lazy. I had to load it in my own truck because he was to uneducated on how to unload or just as ting like it was to heavy. SMH Now I finally get it in the house and set up, super easy to set up and comfortable. Problems with the chair.....the shoulder pads don’t stay in the correct place if you use the zero gravity option. When raising back up they move to the outside of the armrest which ripped the leather on the side of the chair. Overall I do love my chair and it was a great price but this company needs to do something different about their shipping procedures.
