Delivery was great. They brought it right into the room that I wanted it in and placed it exactly where I wanted it. This chair is light and easy to move. Assembling the chair was easy and completed in less than 15 minutes. It has several pre-programmed massages as well as manual functions. I’ve tried them all and have my favorites. It’s great that you can adjust the pressure of the massage. It also allows you to stop the massage at a specific point on your back for when you have an area that needs a little more attention. I’ve had this chair about 2 months now and use it several times a week. It has helped me tremendously with my back issues. It’s great after a long stressful day to sit back and relax while getting a massage. I’ve even fallen asleep. This chair is wonderful. I wish I would have purchased it a long time ago. Great chair and great price! There are certainly things that could be better on this model, but overall it has been great in the two months we have had it. The good The upper back massager is perfect for sore shoulder blades after a workout. Where they could do better Overall, I have a small frame (5'2") and while it adjusts ok for me, it could be better. The foot massager is decent. I have small feet and I wish the pressure would increase so I could feel it more. The lower back support and massager is non-existent. I feel nothing here and really could use the massage here. The head support cushion can adjust, which is helpful, but it offers very little support. I love the air bags for my forearms, but I wish I could adjust them and move them back a bit. There is nothing to prop your elbows on, so they slip out. Like most people, I wish the screen had a backlight. I had to buy a mini lamp to light it up in the dark. I wish you could set your program right away, but the chair needs to run a 60-second sizing program before you can set any programs. Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase and use it often. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am really enjoying my massage chair!! It has a zero gravity feature and it is really relaxing and helps take the pressure off of my back. It is a full body massage from neck to your feet. It has several massage modes you can have a relaxing massage or a more intense massage. I am really enjoying the foot massage.
