The chair arrived and looked very nice and it was easy to setup. After the first use it seemed as tho the rollers were not installed in the right locations and they were just continuously hitting bones instead of muscle area on the left side of my upper back, my tail bone and my upper spine. The next day I could feel where it had literally bruised the areas after only a few mins of use and still a few days later I still feel it. Unfortunately this chair was not it at all for me and did the complete opposite of what it was intended to do but Amazon did come and pick it back up and issued me a refund. I think I will find something in person to try before I purchase another online.

We've had this chair for just shy of a month. So far, we really like it. We purchased it without any prior reviews, so it was a shot in the dark. It's sleek with lights on the sides and comfortable. The one suggestion I'd like to make would be to add more padding on the back area as the massage mechanisms are pretty hard with little padding. Other than that, we are satisfied. I will update if there are any issues.

THIS ITEM IS VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE BUT THE SPEAKERS DID NOT HAVE ANY INSTRUCTION HOW TO OPERATE IT. I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND IT DID NOT COME UP. WHY THEY HAVE ALL THIS EQUIPMENT ON IT AND NO INSTRUCTION HOW TO OPERATE IT. I TRIED TO CALL THE SELLER BUT NO RESPONED.

I recieved this massage chair as a gift for my birthday (yes I did pick it out, and trust me I did good). This was the best gift ever! I love, love, love it! The chair was delivered fully assembled, and delivered on time. The delivery people brought it in the house and set it up where i wanted it. I had some friends over from out of town and they loved it so much they ordered one also. This was a steal for the price!
