The media could not be loaded. Update: The motor started making a sound. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a new one and return the old one or send me a new motor to install. I decided on a new motor. I haven't had a chance to put the new motor in. But I am very happy with the quick response and the great customer service. And yes I would still recommend this turner. First I was really worried about the stability of the arm on this turner with out a arm support. The stability of the arm is strong and steady. Another thing I worried about was the quality of the turner for its price, as I had seen other turners around the same but seemed more cheap. This turner is well put together. Putting the turner together was very easy since it was already put together. The appearance of the turner doesn't really matter as long as it turns evenly without a lag in its turning and that it works which this turner checked both boxes. I do like the color, but as stated its appearance doesn't matter as long as it works. The only issues I found was the drying bar was inside one of the turning arm, so I thought at first they forgot to include it, since it doesn't state that in the directions The second is the drying bar comes with a hex screw which if you dont have a hex screw driver or a L wrench you kinda screwed. Third the description says that the turner turns both ways but mine doesn't. Fourth the switch tag for on and off is upside down. Fifth I'm not sure how I feel about the foam for support inside the cup. Especially since I've used foam footballs and pool noodles for the cup support, but so far they seem to be working. I did ask the two smallest foams together for a bit more support. The turner turns quietly, evenly, and at a decent speed. Not too slow or too fast. Would I recommend? Definitely. Would I buy again? I had been doing a lot of searching for a mug spinner to improve the process of applying alcohol inks to mugs, and wine glasses. This one works great. It comes pre assembled, is heavy enough, speed is good, and has a reverse. Exactly what I was looking for. Price is good. Like it!

I really like this turner. I have two of them. On both I had to put some pads under the front feet to level it, but beyond that it's usable right out of the box. The foams that come with them are very secure and keep the cups on the turner. It makes zero noise. The cups I put on this turner typically come out very evenly covered with Epoxy. If you are looking for a good solid turner that doesn't break the bank, this is the one for you. The only drawback is that the metal sleeve used to hold the cup on the turner can't be replaced with common size PVC. They send two of them though, and more can be ordered. ... show more

I bought two of those and am just finally using them. I bought this brand based off another person’s review on her you tube page. The machines so far are great. It’s super quiet, can’t even tell it’s on. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I wish it had a piece that you could use for water bottles. The two arms and foam pieces you get won’t work if you want to do water bottles. For the 20 and 30 oz cups the arms and foam work great. Super snug. Cups are super sturdy. I definitively would recommend. They now have a double cup spinner which I was tempted to buy, but I’m looking for one I can use for water bottles. ... show more

Purchased this bad boy to start adding epoxy cups to my catalog. Very heavy duty. Super easy to use. Wish I ordered a 4 turner out the gate but for the price to try this was really worth it.

    • Would be great machine but…
Machine started off perfect. But after 2 cups the foam inserts no longer worked had to be jerry rigged. And machine start making ton noise. And the arm is too short for skinny’s and not level. So after proping front machine up make level and wrapping material to make foam big enough, and breaking into machines tamper proof screws (that I don’t appreciate on my property)so I could lube to stop noise. But other than that is great machine lol. So for what would cost company some pocket change to lube properly get decent foam inserts and getting couple inches longer arm and making machine level it would be perfect. Instead they saved few Penny and make me life pain in ass daily trying make a cup spin straight and level. So if don’t mind playing McGivaer everyday it’s a solid well working now quiet machine. ... show more

I can not compare this cup turner to any others as it is the only brand I have owned. I like it very much. It works as expected. The foam inserts keep my cups steady. They turn fairly quickly. The machine if not silent is very quiet. I like it so well that I bought a second one. Two improvements I would love to see are a variable speed dial and a switch to change the direction the cup turner is rotating. ... show more

Initially really liked it....sturdy, good assortment of foam ends, and quiet....only lasted about 6 weeks and started making a slight noise and now only goes 1 direction! Very disappointed
