It’s just as advertised. Only thing that confused me is the knob tighteners, I couldn’t get it at first but then I realized you have to twist the whole knob, not just the tiny adjuster. Works great tho!

So I have been using for the past couple days while I work. It is the perfect thing if you use fidget toys and play a kisic instrument. As far as the actual purpose of the product, it is alright. I notice my pinky getting noticeably stronger each day, but this device leaves only a tiny amount of adjustment. It is a good starter, but I will probably need an upgrade soon. My daughter is taking piano in college. Due to a disability her fine motor skills are not exactly where they should be. This little contraption has not only helped her find motor skills adapt better to the piano keys but it's also strengthened her fingers tremendously!

It's actually a great tool to warm up your fingers, and if you keep at it, it will increase your finger's strength and flexibility. The only thing I find annoying is the adjustable tension, is kind of hard to notice a difference so I'm not sure if I'm doing right or the tension force is very minimal. ... show more

This is a real simple, but effective for BEGINNERS to strengthen their fingers. But, if you are already an experienced picker, this will go to 7lbs per finger in pressure, that setting will help anyone. Below that its set at 4, 5 ,and 6 lbs and it's easy to adjust. Recommend it

I’ve recently started to learn how to play Bass guitar and noticed my pinky strength was horrible. I ordered this to exercise my fingers and everyone I play for say they notice a difference.
