It seemed to calm my 3 year old daughter down and help her sleep more readily, but now she won't eat them because she hates the taste and texture. And I don't blame her, they are a little rubbery.

Works well to help my sensitive 4 year old fall asleep along with lifestyle changes. Low lighting after sundown. No TVs on in the house after dinner. Protein for bedtime snack. She has had some texture issues with liquid bedtime supplements so these have been good.
