  • These guitars are awesome!!!!!
Size: Right Color: Modified Vintage Toner
I've heard examples of how these guitars sound. I have a regular martin d18 and it is an amazing guitar. The sound just keeps getting better and better. From examples I've listened to, these authentic 1939 martin d18 guitars sound extremely close to original 1939 martin d18 guitars. If you have an all wood martin guitar of any kind, then you have something very special. You have to play a martin to really get a feel how good it really does sound. When I bought my d18, I played an E chord, and that was it. I also heard other people play it and it was so cool to hear just how nice it is. The sound is very full and very balanced, with a nice amount of bass, mids and highs. All notes if you do any kind of finger picking sound nice and clear. Strumming also sounds great as well. If you play a lot of traditional country like Johnny Cash, or Hank Williams, then this authentic 1939 martin d18 would be a great guitar. I hope to get a chance to play one of these guitars in person someday. ... show more
