My husband and I absolutely love these pillows. They are soft and comfortable. We ordered a set for each of us. I have serious neck and back issues. I have tried so many pillows. I have had a few nights fighting with my pillows. At times I felt I was going to have a nervous breakdown in the middle of the night trying to get my pillow comfortable under my neck. These pillows are crunchy and plasticy. I do not recommend them. They are not comfortable at all. I saw great reviews and I dont know maybe we got different ones. I have bought several different pillows on amazon and these by far were the worst. Its like sleeping on a noisy plastic cover.
