The Felicia Leatherwood Black Detangler Brush is absolutely amazing – it’s a total game-changer for my curly hair routine! This brush has been the most effective tool I’ve used on my daughter’s hair so far. It handles tangles better than any other brush we’ve tried. When her hair gets really tangled, it still takes a little patience and work, but that’s normal with thick, curly hair. The design helps reduce breakage and makes the whole detangling process a lot smoother. It’s not magic, but it definitely makes a big difference. If you’re struggling with detangling, this is worth trying.

Okay, before I even dive into this review, can we just appreciate the name "Felicia Leatherwood"? As a fan of "Straight Outta Compton," I can't help but wonder if that "By (bye) Felicia" line was an intentional, clever play on words. Either way, it caught my eye, and I'm glad it did, because this Red Detangler Brush has been an absolute game-changer in our household! As the "Girl Dad" to an amazing daughter with incredibly thick, intertwined, curly hair – a beautiful blend from her Dad and Mom – I can tell you that finding the right hairbrush has been a true saga. While the boys' hair is a simple "zip-zap" at the barber, my daughter is tender-headed, and brushing her hair used to be a monumental, hour-plus struggle that often ended in tears (hers and sometimes mine!). I stumbled upon this brush via a Google search or YouTube short, and, driven by desperation and the desire for my child to not look "crazy" throughout the day, I had to see if the hype was real. O-M-G. This brush is pure magic. Even my wife had thrown in the towel, but this brush has empowered my "Girl Dad" mission. I cannot adequately express how easy this brush makes detangling.
