This product was surprisingly good to me. The cover on it is velvety soft, very nice to the touch. The vibration function is really strong, stronger than expected. And it heats up pretty good too. Please note that it *isn't* like a Shiatsu massager. It doesn't dig into your muscles. Now some people might actually prefer that, because you know you won't walk away with bruises. But some people want that and will feel this thing doesn't do enough. But if all you're after is vibration & heat, this thing does both REALLY WELL! In the end, when you stand up after using this product for at least 30 minutes, you will feel better than when you sat down. As long as you weren't looking down at your phone the whole time. Then you might introduce another problem. Lol ... show more

I received this several days ago and have been using it faithfully in my recliner daily and it's awesome. I love all the different settings as you can just about mix and match everything. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars because when I got it, it had a very strong odor/smell to it, kind of like Vicks vapor rub or something similar to that... It really smelled bad so I put it outside for a day and a half to air it out and now I can live with the remaining smell as it's not near as strong as it was. Not sure if it was used by someone or that was just the smell out of the factory. Either way, it works for me. Overall would recommend as it's very comfortable and does the trick! ... show more

I bought this chair massager almost 2 months back now. Been using it since almost every day. I have put it on my relaxing chair as you can see in the picture. It stays there, plugged in. Everyday after work, I just sit down and get a nice massage for my aching back and thighs. Once I'm done, just switch off and walk away. Massager itself works on the principles of heat and vibrations. Keep in mind that it's not a ball massager. It has different modes and intensity settings. You can use it with or without heat. There's a timer as well, allowing you to choose how long you want to use it. You can also focus on particular area of back and thigh, if you want targeted relief. I love this product. Good value for money and convenient to use. I cannot vouch for longevity but I have other products that I bought from Comfier, to gift my family members and they are still working well. It's been 3 years. So hopefully this product will give me the same performance. ... show more

I absolutely love my massage cushion. It has 4 intensity settings with different massages. The two heat settings are nice and warm. I use it every morning when I get up and drink my coffee, before work. I definitely recommend it. It's wonderful!

Seat Massager. I have the CuPiLo Seat Massagers in my two trucks, and on both seats in my SUV and my Wife’s EV Hybrid. On Long Trips there is nothing more rejuvenating than to experience the Back Massage working and kneading my muscles while driving. This keeps my back Healthy and Happy too!! This product is of very high quality and well constructed to last as long as it is taken care of. I have a Seat Massager made by this company in one of my trucks that has lasted going on four (4) years. I feel good that I know i bought a product which offers high value for the money! It is a very well manufactured item. My Back and I Love the way it still puts forth a first class massage!! I cannot believe how refreshed I feel after a long drive. The positives: -This massage chair cover is soft, thick and comfortable. -You cannot feel the massager parts through the pad (and I'm not exactly skinny). My other vibrating massage mat, the vibration nodes and wires are hard and uncomfortable to sit on. UPDATE- I DO FEEL THEM MORE, A MONTH OR SO IN. They are not in a terrible placement, but I do feel them -I have chronic pain and find this vibration massage type of tool is helpful for dislocations. -The heat is nice, fast. -The timer is nice, options of 30, 60, and 90 minutes. My only complaints so far: - The vibration is actually kind of strong, almost too strong for me. Felt like I was holding my breath at first. - The heat also got really warm in one spot - UPDATE - HEATING IS EVENLY SPREAD NOW, A QUITE WARM FOR MY CHAIR! - It's not very wide. As I mentioned, I'm not exactly skinny. It leaves no extra room for wiggles - I ordered brown and got black. I will return in a month or so and update if anything changes with use! I give this chair pad 5 stars. It is ready to go right out of the box, just plug it in, sit down, and your tension melts away. The remote is easy to use with many options. It also has a timer which I find beneficial. You have multiple options for massage from kneading to vibrations, rolling, and pulsing. Or you can have them cycle through. What I love most is the ability to have heat while this pad massages you. That is not typical with most pads which makes this a game changer. I also love that you can lay the pad down on the couch, bed or wherever you need it. This gives you the flexibility to sit or lay down while the heat and massage help take care of tension and aches. I will say, that this is not capable of a deep massage but for minor aches and tension, it does just fine. Using this pad after a long day at work has become a highlight of coming home.
