It’s volumous and fluffy, but it stays cool (without having to flip) and I’ve gotten some of the best sleep in a long time with it. It’s squishy enough to form to my head and neck, but not too squishy so that it can still provide enough support. Prior to having the pillow, I’d wake up pretty often with a sore neck, but as of late, I’ve been feeling great. Definitely worth the money! I think my wife is going to buy one soon, unless she steals mine, in which I’ll be buying myself another one!
